Warm, welcoming and intimate studio that is great for everyone. Renee is truly the embodiment of love and light. I am so grateful that I discovered this studio.

This yoga studio is a very special place. Renee has created an Oasis in the city. Every time I walk into the beautiful studio I feel a deep exhale knowing I will be honoured and cared for. Renee is an outstanding instructor who puts her heart into every class. I love how she integrates the use of therapy balls and other modalities into her classes. I always leave feeling rejuvenated, more mobile and stronger. I highly recommend coming to any of her classes.

After spending over a year trying to recover from spinal nerve damage, I decided to see if I could do some gentle yoga to help. Having recently moved to Guelph, I needed to find a new studio, and Veedha Yoga happened to be nearby. Renee has been a godsend. Her presence is so warm and welcoming, my stress melts away before the class even starts. As another reviewer mentioned, Renee has tremendous knowledge of anatomy. The classes that incorporate therapy balls became a huge turning point in my recovery. Renee also has a very subtle yet effective way of reminding me to practice self-compassion. My weekly private classes have really strengthened my relationship with my self. I still have some nerve pain, but not even close to what it was 6 weeks ago when I first met Renee. I’m writing this review an hour after finishing a 22k trail run, my longest run since before I injured my back :)

Renee and her studio are absolutely incredible.I was the typical guy when it came to yoga and it helpfulness to me. I had lower back issues from intensive weight training and work. At first, like us men do, I just ignored it and tried to push through it. Doing that for years put me in a position where I could not weight train properly or stand up straight without being in pain. So I went to plan B...the traditional chiropractor and massages. After no success there I went to plan C... a sports doctor. There was some improvement but not to the level I wanted to be at. After getting feedback on how this Renee person and her tactics are so helpful I decided to try some stretching classes" with her as I would never do yoga.Well I cannot say enough about what Renee has done for me in both my back issue as well as my respect to stretching( yoga). She tailors the class to your condition as well as the physical goals you would like to achieve. Her classes not only fixed my back but has put me in the best overall physical condition."
