Hey Alex please call us back. We're still waiting for you to come finish the stairs and fix all the issues. I also texted you everything that needs to be fixed. One of the stairs is wobbly. We need to make sure it's safe for our kids. Thank you so much. Sorry I still haven't heard back from you, I am changing this to a 1 star until we hear back.

I am so pleased with the quality of workmanship Alex has an excellent attitude towards doing the job right the first time.I am work recommend him and his team hands down, when they left for the day everything was left clean for the next day. Alex and his team did a great job finishing (staining) stairs in our house. We put new oak stairs 4 years ago (new construction) but couldn’t finish them earlier. In staining process preparation is paramount. Alex spent probably 80% of time sanding and cleaning stairs. He has a very good tools. All sanders have professional vacuum connections and there was a very little dust produced. All preparations paid off and finished stairs look beautiful. We are very happy with Alex’s job. I have a lot of experience communicating with contractors I would say that Alex is definitely one of the best. He is taking pride in his work and result shows it. Alex came in on short notice and installed laminate flooring in my newly purchased condo where carpet used to be. He was able to accommodate my tight timeline without compromising the quality and craftsmanship of the installation. He also took the time to take look at a few smaller fixes free of charge. I highly recommend Alex for his immaculate work as he made the process an absolute pleasure

I am a perfectionist and can be very picky. But I am very lucky to get to know Alex and have him install laminate in the basement of my newly purchased house. His professionalism and craftsmanship really impressed me. He is the first one who discovered the mold in my basement after he uncovered the carpet. He let us know right away even though it means that we have to hold off installation work in that particular room, deduct the cost from the total amount we are going to pay him and have him come back in a few months to install after we get the mold removed. We also had some issue with our kitchen cabinet. Because the original height of cabinet does not fit in my fridge, my husband tried to fix it and cut a wood in an unprofessional way. The ugly cutting really bothered me and I went to seek help from Alex without confidence that he would be willing to help out because it is really a small thing and may not worth his attention. But he did help. It took him so much time to try to find the same wood, cut, stain and fix my kitchen. And he charged a reasonable price for this extra work. I am sure Alex will always be my go to person for any renovation work I need in the future as long as the work is within his specialty area. I am looking forward to Alex coming back in spring/summer of 2019 to finish the last piece of laminate installation work in my basement. I understand Alex is doing me a favor for this as he needs to bring back the whole set of equipment for such a small leftover job, but I appreciate he agrees not to charge extra for this small piece. I will definitely refer Alex to all my friends. Thanks, Alex. You are the best! I really appreciate what you have done for us.

Christmas break, Covid, and short notice: I don't know many people that would come to replace an entire railing with those three combined but nonetheless, Alex and company did! Did I mention how they did that AND kept within budget?! because they did! 2 thumbs up!Thanks again Alex and Merry Christmas!

We are very satisfied with the results of Alex’s work. We started our project with sanding and staining the stairs. During the execution, as we noticed his experience, we decided to make some changes and asked Alex to accommodate new services. They ended up installing the new floors, replacing baseboards and door mouldings. His pricing and quality of word were consistent every time. He had a travel scheduled for the week after and he stayed late when needed to ensure everything would be finished in time.

Alex and his team did a great job in our stairs. We didn’t have prior recommendation of his work, but we got confident as he was the first contractor to explain in details how the work would get done, send us a detailed quote by email, with price for each item and material. He is attentive to detail and has tools for anything that he needs. All major power tools he uses (saws, sanders, etc) are connected to a vacuum, making it an almost sandless sanding. In the end, we asked them to do some other work, such as replacing baseboards, door mouldings and installing the flooring, because we were satisfied with the quality of his work.
