Great lawn care at a good price. The first couple of treatments didn't seem to do much, but now our lawn is gorgeous. Big shout out to technician Zachary Hawkins. Thanks for the great job!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. While enrolling for the service, representative specifically mentioned that first visit will be 30 dollars and remaining visits will be at 60 dollars. After 3 visits when i decided to cancel the service. They charged first visit at full price stating that the last visit will be at 50% discount. The representative was very rude and was not at all a good experience.The technician who comes for the spray came un announced and dont know if he sprayed the fertilizer in the lawn i just saw the invoice stuck in my door handle.NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE... WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I used their services last summer but did not want to continue this year. Ignored mail/ads sent to me only to find out they made their own appointment to fertilize my lawn without my authorization. Now the company has charged me $85 for a service I did not request. Shady practices. How does a company get away with that?

I used TruGreen in 2022 and they killed large portions of my front and back lawns and did not properly fix it. Then 2023 rolls around and next thing I know I am getting back from my morning walk and they're just finishing up a treatment. I figured must be them being proactive and trying to repair the damages from last year, but nope, it was a normal treatment with a bill for me to pay for services.I never signed up for 2023 and I expressed my frustrations with them in 2022 and ignored everything mailed to me to get me to signup for this year, so they should not have come back on their own without my consent!I called and made sure they knew now (without a doubt) that I am cancelling, but they keep calling me to try and get me back as a customer. I'm not paying for the one treatment which I specified on the phone as well but with a second call where again I said I am not using your services, why do you keep calling me? This number has now been blocked.

I have told Trugreen to stop calling me about your services as I moved to different location. Today again I received your call 4th time. Stop calling otherwise I need to report this nuisance to appropriate authorities to take action on you. Moreover, you are losing me as a customer for my new location because of your annoying act of calling every 3rd month.

Generally good job. but need to communicate with house owner to have some input of the lawn issues and get better results

They did an amazing job. My lawn actually looks unreal, beautiful and green. Highly recommend using this company.

I got a quote Jun. 22, and I asked for an email of details and payment method. I never received such thing, the representative told me they will notify me before each visit. I didn’t receive such email and I was not going to pay to close the service because I was very uncomfortable about everything with the company already. On Jun. 23, I got home at 5pm and found a service record in my mailbox, apparently they came at 4pm and did one treatment without notification or my consent. They left my back yard door WIDELY OPEN and my dog escaped. I never consented anyone to enter my property(especially backyard) as my backyard did not need treatment. Now I worry if my dogs will get poisoned by their unwanted treatment. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They need to cancel my account and should never appear on my property any more.If you want bills and services without your permission, welcome to contact them.

Hesitated to pay this company up front for their annual weed/fertilizer program, but I thought I would keep an open mind. BIG MISTAKE! Pictures say it all. I have an irrigation system that comes on every night. They state that I am entitled to unlimited service calls, but when I called them to re-treat the weed jungle that is my back yard - they said that they suspended all warranty service calls because it was too hot. So we waited until it was cooler and called again. We requested for them to please call ahead when sending a tech because the gates are locked (we have a pool). Ha ha, they still haven't figured out how to deal with the huge obstacle of 'calling ahead'. So they continually show up unannounced and leave without performing any service. They also won't ring the doorbell because of Covid. All I can say is this company must be run by a bunch of stooges...
