My parents recommended this company to me. They have used them dating back in late 80sThey know what they are doing , Good communication will update you , sometimes late though but you’ll be happy with the resultsI always recommend them

We recently called ACCUFIX, a repair service provider that we have used several times over the past years, this time to repair our old clothes dryer. After examining the appliance our technician Richard determined that he would be able to obtain a comparable refurbished dryer at close to the same cost of repairing our old one. This was really helpful as we have a narrow stairwell to our basement which required a dryer that could be partially disassembled to facilitate installation. Richard was able to install the dryer on a weekend in just an hour or so, we’ve been very happy with the dryer and service - we also received a 1 year warranty on parts and labour which is very much appreciated! We would definitely recommend ACCUFIX!

We called Accufix on a Saturday afternoon when our refrigerator suddenly stopped refrigerating. Richard answered the call, came to our home within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote to fix it. We did some research, briefly shopped the price (the quote was fair), and then asked Accufix to order the parts.Richard and another gentleman came back and repaired our refrigerator as soon as the parts came in. Their work was tidy, and they were personable and experienced. They also proactively found and fixed a second, unrelated issue with our refrigerator. I really appreciate working with people who won't leave a job until its done correctly.We would absolutely use Accufix again.

Honest, professional, diligent and persistent until work is done. They were straight forward and told us that repair would cost more than buying a new dishwasher. And for our dryer, they didn't stop until it is fixed and works like new. Very grateful for their service! Would definitely recommend to my family, friends and neighbors!

Called for a quick easy repair on my fridge. I know exactly what is needed: I have ice at the bottom of my freezer drawer due to the gromet at the bottom of my drain being plugged. Just need a de-ice and a gromet clean up - 30-45 min job max. Guy on the phone wanted to charge me a $130.00 service call fee plus $350.00 for the job. Total rip off. Called someone else getting the job done for $250.00 all in (still high but way better than these guys). My advice...keep looking

Had a great experience with Accufix. Our dishwasher stopped draining and after watching one too many YouTube videos, I attempted to fix it myself. Needless to say, that did not go well and it wasn't long before it was time to call in the professionals. Accufix came highly recommended as many of our neighbours have used them in their own homes, and continue to use them. With appliance repairs, sometimes you feel like you're being overcharged for the service call and you don't always get a lot of information about your appliance and whats gone wrong. This was not the case with Accufix. The charge for the service call was reasonable and the gentleman explained things about our dishwasher that let us understand what the issue was. They actually fixed it within that visit and we're so helpful and professional. I understand why so many of our neighbours have used them multiple times and we are now on the list of Accufix devotees. Would highly recommend.Jodi

Richard was a constant professional. I have been one of Richards clients for many years. I find him honest, friendly and reliable. Richard was working on our front load washer. It need a new pump and engine. It was ordered and he said it would take a few days to get the new parts. This was Monday told us that he would be back in install Thursday, He arrived on Monday at no fault than my schedule. Richard and is helper were clean and respective to my house and appliance. I would recommend Richard and Accufix Appliance to anybody who do not like appliance repair men because you think they are dishonest. the best. Blake
