So straight out the gate 5 people showed up to install my new furnace and air conditioning. So the install went very smooth. The removal was quick and clean. They cleaned up the laundry room and removed any packaging. So I didn't have to cut up boxes for recycle. The Lennox units run nice and quiet. Also the young lady that helped me choose what was best for my home was very knowledgeable about the products. In all it was a great experience and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

First off, didn’t call ahead to say they were on their way, just showed up. Service tech fried my Ecobee smart thermostat and said it was wired wrong. Ecobee had been installed in 2019 and worked flawlessly since then. It was working when he showed up, he screwed around with the wiring and fried the Ecobee. Replaced Ecobee with cheap non-smart thermostat. Also, for some reason he used my garden hose when servicing AC unit, didn’t ask, left it running when he left, water leaking everywhere. Will never use this company again! Then when he left get a call from company offering to sell me a new AC unit, not a chance. Don’t use this company, always trying to upsell! I would give zero stars if I could!

Had Kevin come by my house to check on some heating issues. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient!Quickly identified my issues and made a effective plan to rectify it as quickly as possible.Very satisfied with the service received and will return for any further problems!

Showed up on time. Very polite and efficient and explained everything to us which means a lot to us as we are an elderly couple. When he had finished he explained the options for payment and went over on how approx the life was left on our air conditioner (it is 20 plus yrs old). We are soo glad we chose Home Aire Care to complete the required maintenance on our air conditioning.We would recommend then to anyone.

We bought a furnace and air conditioner unit from Derek Sherman in Nov 2019. That winter furnace work well, but come summer had problems with air unit all summer. none of techs could fine out the problem. that winter problems with furnace, following summer air not working. 2022 replaced air unit and then this season air unit not working and no one seems to care.This is one of the worst companies for service I have ever dealt with.If had the money I would have Home Aire Come and pull this unit out and I would go with one of their competitors

I cannot comment on quality Etc as no unit has been replaced as of yet. But Kevin was prompt and very knowledgeable. Explained as he went through things and most of all had our safety in mind.
