Lived at one of there properties for a year and a half. Yes there there bumps in the road, but things were always fixed extremely quick. The office staff are friendly (especially little daisy, who meets you with a tail wiggle). Communication was quick, and extremely professional. As soon as an issue was brought up things were quickly taken care of, and if they couldn’t be fixed right away there was always a plan in place.I would happily live with and recommend this company to anyone in the Calgary area!

Well. I called. Left a message. I have yet to hear from them. I've not got much to go on for this review except I'd say they are under staffed, have closed the office, have nothing to rent, overworked, under paid, didn't get the message...who knows. I was interested. Not interested now.

I lived in a property managed by Norfolk Housing for 7 years and the experience was terrific from start to finish. The administrative staff are responsive and friendly and the maintenance staff respond to issues very quickly. Norfolk are very active with their residents. They frequently host social events or information sessions and they are extremely proactive with preventative tasks like smoke detector testing. I would gladly live in a property managed by Norfolk again.
