I found this place whilst out for an event held at the nearby park. Despite me having walked in roughly 10 mins before the store closed, the staff were all very nice to me. From what I could tell from my short time in there, the prices were fair given what the products were. The person at the cash that rung up my purchase was lovely, sharing bits of information and showing off some beautiful pieces they had in their pockets. I purchased some purpurite (first time actually finding it in a store!), a tumbled pink opal (at a fairly standard tumble price) and a carved onyx crow/raven. The purpurite was placed into a bigger clear baggie, with the pink opal inside it's own little baggie. The carving was well wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a box which they tapped for me. Receipt included handwritten invoice of all the items, which I always appreciate for keeping my own records. I will be returning!

I took the weekend beginner'r ring making class. The instructor (Robin Wong) was incredible! Very welcoming, friendly, safety minded and professional. The people at the front counter are available to answer all your questions about what supplies you will need. I am a high-school metal works teacher and the things are learned have been very useful to my practice. I will definitely be coming back for more classes. I travelled from the island to take this course and it was well worth the trip.

Mine and my mums favourite store for rocks and gems. Always a stop when in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of materials, gems, stones, etc.

What a great shop wtih so many wonderful things to look at and buy. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.My husband and I took the basic Silversmith course with Robin and had the best 8 weeks with her.

Took a ‘Casting on a Budget’ class conducted by Kerry Anderson and loved it! It was my very first jewelry class and I learned so much in two days and was able to produce several finished products that I love.The store’s staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a great place to go for unique natural gifts.

Love this place. So many neat things for such a small store. I have gotten many items from here and there is always something new and interesting. I also got a necklace fixed, nothing special but it needed a new clasp and they helped me out.They also offer various lessons. Worth checking out for gifts, the last number of years I have picked up a surprise Christmas stocking stuffer which is always interesting. My kid loves coming here to look around a good spot for her to practice looking without touching.

The staff were amazing and the selection was even better. There were gems for everyone and such amazing prices. Will be returning!

The real hidden gem in Burnaby. I've taken two silversmithing classes and acquired a majority of my tools from here, and the prices are good and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. They will do what they can to make sure you are happy and in the know with whatever you're buying. Excellent selection of equipment, tools, rough stone, faceted stones, and metals. Bruce's cabochons are beautiful.

I believe their sage is not from an indigenous source. Purely from the flippant note that comes with it. Additionally, sage should be gifted, it's not a commodity to be sold.The commoditization of sage has real consequences such as the overharvesting of white sage and the continuation of using what belongs to Native people without compensating them.Additionally
