Flandscape - Snow Removal & Landscape

We had a great experience with Flandscape. They did some landscaping and installed a pool for us 6 years ago. Small issue this year and they came back and fixed it within days no questions asked. We love our outdoor oasis and are happy we worked with such an honest company with integrity. Thanks for all your help with everything Josh!

I have to say working with Flandscape right from the start was such a good experience. They were attentive to our needs and worked within our budget. I had, let’s just say a few questions haha, which were welcomed every time. Their staff were polite and courteous. When the pool was complete, we were shown exactly how to maintain it. They checked in after to see if we had any additional questions. They take pride in knowing their customers are happy. We are so grateful for their level of detail and expertise. I highly recommend them.

The Flandscape team installed a 7-foot full privacy fence around the perimeter of our yard for additional safety and serenity while we enjoy our pool.I cannot express how happy I am with the job the team has done. Top notch quality, honest to goodness great guys and super attentive to detail. They were even able to accommodate some last minute project changes on the fly without issue. Thank you Flandscape!

Flandscape smacked into the back of our van and refused to fix damages , scummy and shady companyWell color me surprised that Flandscape finally replied , too bad it took over a year.The incident and security video footage was emailed to your secretary over a year ago and you were also contacted by the police so I dont know why you cant find any incidents of it. You had plenty of opportunity to fix what your employees broke but we never heard back from you...

I can't say enough great things about Flandscape! Dave that came to give the quote was so friendly and got back to us in great time. He ended up being who I messaged with questions and timelines throughout the process. So professional and kind ALWAYS. When the team started our dig, they were so amazing. Rob was so knowledgeable and gave us suggestions that worked wonderfully! Josh was always overseeing to make sure things were going smoothly and getting done, and was always so friendly when he came by. Brosco concrete...wow!! They were such an amazing company. They went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect for us. Each of their employee's were also so so nice and hardworking!! Every single person that came to our home to work was AMAZING. I would hire then again in a heartbeat. Our finished pool, looks better than I could have EVER imagined. It's truly an oasis for my family and friends to enjoy for years to come. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Flandscape. We had such a positive experience with our whole journey; the pool, fencing, garden remodeling, tree surgery and the design of the cabana. It has all been done so professionally and to such a high standard with regards, safety and quality. We were quite specific with our vision and nothing was too much trouble for anyone- always willing to make it work. A year on and we have just enjoyed our first year with the pool and garden. If there have been any queries or follow up in these months, everything has been attended to within a day or so. They have carried on being responsive with the after-service even though the work was finished months ago, which for us is a real bonus. Thank you all!
