Connor was prompt and professional. He showed up prepared, he cleaned up behind himself and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!!!

Paid $75 for a diagnostic from another repair man to tell me everything was fine and to not overload. Problem persisted. Luke came out...fixed it promptly and washer is working great. He was even kind as I called him Eric the whole time lol (sorry Luke). Great service.

I’ve been going with Conner’s for over 20 years for appliance servicing. Without fail they have always done a good job at a fair price. It is so comforting to know that when anything goes wrong with washer, dryer, etc, that there is a company with such high integrity that I can turn to.

Our Washer was having issues draining/leaving our clothes sopping wet, and we were so worried that the solution would be to buy a completely new washer! We called Steve (of Conner Repair) and on the exact same day he came out, he was able to fix it! A miracle! Thank you, Conner Repair!

I recently had the opportunity to use Conner's Repair for a dishwasher issue, and I was quite satisfied with the experience. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, which was helpful. We weren't exactly sure what the problem was with our dishwasher, but Luke patiently took the time to troubleshoot, evaluate, and eventually fix it. The cost for the repair was reasonable, and the employees we interacted with were polite and professional. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend Conner's Repair.

Couldn’t even get the dishwasher out. Lost a screw that anchors the dishwasher to the side. Hope it’s not down inside because he took the filter out. Said it was a poor installation and did someone else ever take out the dishwasher since it was installed and I told him no, that no one has touched it since installation. Questioned me even about the cabinet installers and did they do anything? The cabinets were already installed.. When installed a second guy was sent out to adjust it but he did not take out the dishwasher just leveled it. He said he didn’t know how the guy got the dishwasher in must have taken him a long time and I replied no he didn’t take long to install it.I asked if he had a blanket or something to put down to protect the floor, he said no he doesn’t have anything. I had to go get a towel to protect the floor. Wasn’t necessary anyway as he couldn’t get the dishwasher out. I finally told him never mind just leave it, that I would call someone else.In the meantime I put in several calls to Heather but got voicemail. Left messages to please call me that there was a problem, last message I marked the option urgent but still haven’t had a reply the guys been gone over an hour and still no reply from Heather.It was unprofessional from the start. Even when the installer came to install the dishwasher 5 years ago he put a big mat down to protect the floor. All screws and such were placed in a container to keep them together. This guy just put the screws on the floor all over the place and he could have stepped on one which also would damage the floor.I called these people because they are listed as appliance repair. So please beware and I suggest that you do not use them. I was mistakenly impressed by those almost 5 star reviews. The repairman was a guy named Luke. I must say that he was very polite. I will give him that.

Outstanding service. Was able to come out within two days of me calling for an over range microwave installation. Arrived on time, very professional and courteous, and very reasonable pricing. This is my new go-to business. Highly recommend
