Chimney repair,Porch repair,Masonry repair - call Empire

I've been working with Empire on several different projects (Roof,Gutters,Porch,Sidewalk) for a few years now. They're the best! Very professional, punctual & polite. Ive comparison shopped & they are competitively priced, but even more importantly they know their stuff. I trust their work hands down. I've owned my home for 8 years now and never had the chimney or my porch serviced. After reading the reviews for Empire, I gave them a call. The Empire office person answered my call (she was very polite) she set up an appointment that was convenient for me despite my already jam-packed schedule. Upon arriving and inspecting my chimney and porch I readily admitted to Dan the Empire project manager I knew absolutely nothing about chimney or porch, Dan indicated he would go up on the roof and examine my chimney and then he would look at the porch. He let me know the repairs that would be necessary with no pressure whatsoever from him to get them done right then and there or even by him at all. All in all, I was very impressed with the service on every level. Dan and the Empire staff were polite and courteous, very professional, personable and very clearly experts at what they do.James C. Called and made an appointment for Saturday 9am-11am. No one showed up to the house or even returned a phone call of why there was a lack of communication.
