The staff is worst. They don’t know how to behave with tenants. I have signed 1 year lease and am about to break it soon.

Absolutely terrible…Would not recommend renting through a large corporation like boardwalk.This company has a severe lack of communication when it comes to getting minor problems solved in the units, as well as poor communication with the tenants overall.Get ready to be ignored and receive random rent increases on a frequent basis!Looking to leave this business trap of a lease.

Me and my roommates have a premium suite that is okay. Definitely not as bad as these other reviews. Pet friends which is nice. But it was such a hassle setting up everything, the internet is so bad it doesn't work half the time. Staff are unprofessional and unorganized. Maintenance will only do something if it's urgent. They advertised lower than the actual price. Half of the door knobs are busted and fall off. Dishwasher leaks. But the absolute worst of all, I had no water for 5 days. A pipe was messed up and the whole parking lot square had no water.

Didn't get to see the unit I was told about, instead I was shown a little unit that was dirty and filled with tools. The reason is not one star is the guy was nice and was available earlier than we planned.

Do you pay your rent on time? Do you put in regular maintenance requests as needed? Do you bargain and renegotiate your rent when signing a new lease? Do you report bad neighbours to the office?Then you will enjoy living here! Communication is key and as long as you are a good tenant you will enjoy living here. Be prepared to have water in your basement at some of the wascana basements during spring/summer. Avoid living in the basement at the wascana locations Because the place is too close to the lake.

We've been with boardwalk for 15 years this October. The office staff at greenbrier apartments has been so understanding and helpful. There have been ups and downs, but overall great. Leila, who is in the office, has been very helpful with any issues that we had cocern for.

My family and my self just love the way board walk looks after the places and the staff are great to thay help when you need them

I lived in boardwalk for about 8 years. I have found that boardwalk only cares about money. They do patchwork maintenance. It's a great location though and they allow pets.

Board walk looks like really affordable living, they do new renovations, they’re pet friendly, in a good community. It looks like a perfect place to live. However, they are very poor at fixing a problem within the home and around. They take weeks to come look at your maintenance request and you really cant just sit outside without a TON of spiders everywhere. We only lived here for 3 months when we realize this is so over priced for what they bring to the table & everything within the home is so poorly done so we ended our 1 year lease. We had about 10 problems within the first month and a half and they would come in fix it for 5 minutes and leave, then the same problem would happen the day of or after. Harsh was the person who showed us our place and he was not honest about the questions we asked him.. very bad experience here and would never recommend anyone living here. You’ll have a lot of problems, stress, and just a sink that won’t drain because there’s always a problem with their plumbing. Please do better boardwalk, the things we have experienced as well as our neighbours living here is just horrid. Things need to change!

The worst place to rent from ever they did destroy my friend life over his son parked in wrong spot once they eviacted them for thatAnd then asked for the reminder of contact which is 10.000 dollars my friend fought them in court and he lost coz they know how to play laws and the laws with the landlord side and now they playing games about renting the unitAnd they don't care to rent it as far they can charge my friend for the rent due to annual contract all of this coz of Sarah she is power tripping over ppl and running Broad walk name picking on ppl and careless for the results of her boot camp !!!
