What an amazing exterior detail job done by the great staff at JREK on my Lexus IS350. Got rid of swirl marks and went the extra mile at no-charge to remove my self-inflicted snow brush marks. The results speak for themselves. The buffing and clay bar have left every inch of my car smooth to the touch. Took me a month to get an appointment but it was worth it. Also the shuttle service was spot on and very organized. Highly recommend!

The JREK Autocare team (Jon, Jason, Zach) are incredibly talented and dedicated to perfection. They have carefully studied, and been trained in, the application of the leading auto care products. They offer great advice and great service: your vehicle comes out looking BETTER than it did on the showroom floor! They have looked after several of my vehicles (including the one shown) over the past 15 years: all I can say is, AWESOME WORK!

My husband brought the car in to be cleaned. We have a dog, so the car was really disgusting (dog fur everywhere, especially in the carpets). We also had pretty bad salt stains. We’ve had it cleaned at other places before and the result was ok… but JREK cleaned it so well ( well above our expectations) that the car looks brand new! Totally worth the expense!

Jon and Dan are amazing, the work the do made my car look better than new. The ceramic coating is worth it! Best detailing I have ever had, will use these guys for all my cars!

I have a mixed feeling about my experience with JREK. I went for 2 stage detailing service (only exterior and no interior cleaning)Jon went and tried to fix everything I requested. Dan on the contrary said not possible to almost everything I requested which Jon went and fixed. Truly speaking Dan was mostly working on the car and I felt he wasn’t interested in the work. It was Jon who was making sure they could give the best possible service.

Update: Yet again impressed with JREK making my vehicle feel like new after months of family use and adventure! Great job as always getting summer vacation cleaned out of my vehicle, picked it up nicer than when new! Real professionals, straightforward, great value and easy to trust. I contacted JREK about having our recently-purchased used vehicle cleaned for smoke smell. Speaking with Jon, he made clear that he could not guarantee that they could completely remove the smoke smell as they would not, for example, disassemble the dashboard where some odours can lurk, but he recommended doing the Bronze level treatment, cleaning the headliner and doing an ozone treatment. He also offered a second go with the ozone machine a week later, if we were not satisfied after the initial treatment.We were very impressed with the end result, whereas before we noticed the smoke smell every time we opened the car door, after the cleaning we forgot about it altogether. In addition the interior and exterior looked like new, a real step up from the cleaning that the dealership did.Most of all I appreciate that Jon managed our expectations and was forthcoming about the potential limitations of the treatment. We were really happy with the end result. I initally called JREK based on the positive reviews, certainly my experience is in line with these and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I had my Volkswagen Tiguan detailed by JREK Autocare today. And it looks beautiful I would say as good as when I first purchased my car.The care and customer service they gave my car and I was top notch!I would recommend anyone to book with them!
