We had some freight delivered to our company and when it arrived it was unloaded from the truck. The freight was on a pallet so the driver used a power tail gate to lower the product off the truck to complete the delivery.our staff signed for the product, and the tail gate service. What we did not at that time know was that the power tail gate service was more than half of the entire freight charge! No where on any documentation ,or the bill off lading did it ever show a charge for the tail gate service. All billing information that we could see when we were signing was for freight delivery and fuel surcharge, power tailgate box was marked with an X " with no price point information!!Shippers and receivers Beware of this scam!!"

I don't want to give even one start. because its worst means worst service I ever had. please don't go through this company. they always cheating invoice on each and every pallet delivery. they cheating around $100 to $150. so please have a look always in your invoice. and customer service its worst. And they never listen what you saying even its100%true. so please I begging you guys don't choose this company. Even though they cheating on weight too. so please carefull.

I set up a delivery on a Tuesday and was quoted a one day delivery ETA. They didn't come pick it up until the following Monday and I had to chase them down in order for this to happen. They left the pickup for 3 days before asking if it was dangerous goods. There's a section you click a box for if it is a dangerous good. They judged the pickup by the name of the delivery address and didn't phone to straighten it out, just left it on the backburner as an assumption. This was a time sensitive order and was prepaid by the customer so changing carriers to get it picked up would have costed more. Do not recommend.

I just called Kindersley Transport which used to be called Tiger back in the day. We haven't had the need for a shipping company for years and yet Michelle was able to look my company up, create a new account, and provide a quote for me a matter of minutes. Even though we have not shipped anything yet, I would like to thank Michelle and Kindersley for actually answering their phone and quickly providing helpful answers. In a world full of useless voicemail and being forever on hold, I say Well Done!

These guys are BRUTAL. they literally DROPPED an engine, which was correctly packaged by a professional engine supplier, and smashed several parts, including the computer. Their response was basically too bad so sad". If you ship with them

Avoid using these guys. Just a waste of time to deal with. From Natasha at Calgary depot to Stephanie Little, Manager - Solutions Centre to their Regional Operations Manager, all are hopeless.

The driver Phillip helped with a very heavy delivery. Super friendly.

Aside from the drivers being friendly. Kindersley managed to damage one of 2 crates from dropping it. We had to have them shipped back for repair. Not surprisingly, they managed to damage the second crate on the way back.Most definitely not a professional company.

They delivered a package we had ordered to the wrong address. Thankfully, the people that were at the wrong address were kind enough to bring the package to us. It wasn't my choice to use them as a courier, and they don't have very good customer service or communication.
