Chris and his team did a fantastic job handling our basement flooding after a broken sump pump left a huge mess. When I called they were very reassuring and arrived within minutes. They tore out all the destroyed carpet and padding, and hauled it away for disposal. They set up industrial drying units that saved our basement and monitored the drying process everyday for five days, ensuring everything was back to normal. His whole team was very courteous and professional during the whole process. We will recommend them to anyone who has flooding issues and felt our home was in great hands. Over priced actual contractlabor & caused more damage than I originally had and submitted their invoices to my insurance Adjuster who paid them without inspecting if the work was actually done. They were the most unprofessional business that I ever dealt with! Would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to beover charged, stressed out for dealing with their mistakes and your house being stripped of things that should have stayed in the house or stored until work was totally completed . Totally disgusted with an unprofessional business of Niagara County! I hope no one else has to experience the nightmare that I did8 with this NIGHTMARE COMPANY WHO PRACTICES AMERICAN GREED!!!.

Amazing service. My basement flooded and they were there within hours. Chris and his men were very professional and courteous. He and his men did everything they could to help me through this disaster. They all wore masks and did everything to make the whole situation safe during this Covid 19 craziness.They did a great job and it looks like it never happened. I am so impressed with how smooth and easy Chris made the entire process. Thank you Chris and all your guys for all you do to help people through these disasters in there life’s.

We spoke to Chris multiple times about a smoke smell lingering in a rental property. He advised us and came out the same day to take a look. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We will definitely be using his services when needed.

Servpro could not have been any better to work with. Our family suffered a kitchen fire, our stove, cabinets and surrounding flooring were all damaged from the flames. The smoke damage was not only in the kitchen but the attached dining room. Servpro had a real person that answered and they dispatched their crew immediately! When the crew showed up they made sure to look over every inch of the damage and executed a plan to get everything cleaned up right then and there! They answered all of my questions about the process and were surprisingly knowledgeable about working with my insurance company. My family was able to use our kitchen again within days!

Wow, I’m impressed! Saturday service within 90 minutes and I live 50 minutes away! The crew was Megan , E., Dean, and Ant. They were friendly, efficient, attentive, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up, removed all the debris, and sanitized. They checked on equipment multiple times. While water damage is never fun, this crew made my situation less stressful. I would highly recommend this company!

I can’t speak more highly of the support that came along with the service; when u have a disaster, such as a house fire, you don’t even know where to start. Servpro went above and beyond to make sure every aspect was taken care of… they were organized, kind & professional and took the worry out of the work. They accommodated my schedule and handled my possessions with care. They were empathetic to my situation and, in kind, went above & beyond to help with all my needs, even things that went beyond the “scope of the job”. They worked around the clock, including weekends & holidays and gave me almost daily updates on status of the job. At a time in my life when I was at a complete loss, they were “saviors”. I highly recommend this company.

The air conditioner unit in the attic had a malfunction and began leaking in an unused bedroom, directly over the bed. The blankets and mattress absorbed the water so we didn’t know about the leak until we needed a blanket. We immediately called Servpro North Niagara County and Chris the owner had 3 guys at our house within an hour and they brought all sorts of machines. First they moved all the furniture out, then they covered the floor with plastic. Jay inspected the ceiling and walls and carefully cut out the damaged portion and stuffed it in a big contractor bag along with the wet insulation. they had a little machine that measured moisture in the walls to be sure that everything was properly removed. They set up all the machines to dry the area and came back to the house frequently to check. They were great! They were very professional and easy to work with.
