Hardwood Giant had hired Frank's to do some work on a stair railing, and when we noticed it was a bit off-level and cracking refused to warranty it. Even told us to call his lawyer because we left a bad" 5-star review(long story).Frank's stepped up and helped us get things fixed

Since they work in custom wood working, I asked Frank Building Supplies if they could make me a custom built-in wardrobe for my bedroom. I was looking for a basic shaker design, expecting a simple dresser and cabinet. What I received was an incredible work of art. Custom wood working is definitely a dying art, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how my wardrobe turned out. From my consultation, to in-home measurement, a mid-way check-in and installation, the whole team at Franks was attentive, thorough, professional and kind. An especially huge thank you to Jack - who’s wood working talent is second to none, and Frank - who’s professionalism and generosity at taking on this very custom project made it all happen. Couldn’t be happier with my whole experience, from start to finish. Would 100% recommend Frank’s to anyone looking for custom wood projects, and I plan to use them again for my next project!
