I cannot even put into words how wonderful the staff and store is. Chris is absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and considerate. They’ve been absolutely amazing in terms of service and have gone above and beyond for me. I cannot put into words how excellent they are and recommend with the utmost respect Badlands to new and veteran players alike.

Never buy anything from this company there paint is garbage 50cal terrible the person just threw the boxes in the car we ended up with opened bags and unopened ones with broken paintballs they jam and brake in the guy if I can brake it with 2 fingers that is bad paint poor costumer service aswell please stay far away from this place

I'm extremely worried that in the future laws like c-21 will come back and threaten the sanctity of airsoft. Honestly I just saw a video today talking about bringing back the act of c-21. As a airsoft enthusiasts I live in fear of airsoft being banned...It's extremely popular and fun to play. I can't image a world without Badlands paintball and airsoft. Seriously why should we care what people who don't participate in the sport have to say as they would only view the negatives.It's the same people that say video games are to violent. Keep airsoft alive.

My first purchase was easy. Ordered online after searching through many online reviews. This model was the perfect entry level purchase. It operates great. Feels awesome to hold. I love how the flip sights are sturdy when deployed. The rails give me do many options for accessories. I was concerned when shipping was slightly delayed, although it is Christmas season. Customer service got back to me quickly. I'm confident my entry into this sport will be the experience of a lifetime. And knowing I have a solid supplier I can trust makes that even better. I bought most everything I need to play around, and I know they have the next level gear to improve my passion of shooting. The huge selection, quality advice and availability of customer support shows the success of this business. I'll keep coming back. Do your research, ask questions. Bought an airsoft gun for the first time. The staff were super helpful and really took the time to help me understand what i was buying. They also helped me with airsoft rules and tips. Highly recommend this place for airsoft and paintball.

Every time I come in I have a 10/10 experience, so much that I actually look forward to going. Chris is a great guy honestly. Him and Jacob are 2 individuals who I look forward to seeing when I pop in. Chris is such a friendly and polite guy, extremely knowledgeable and never hesitates to go over and above when it comes to trying to fix an issue. Every time I've called, someone answers, and I get all the answers I was looking for. All I can hope for is that they get an on-site technician for any tank work or complex repairs, but other than that this is the only place I do my business with and I'm grateful to have this store near my house and got to meet Chris and Jacob.

I've been to this place twice now. What made me come back again is not only the great selection and prices but friendly and educated stuff. We were buying a new airsoft gun, they offered all accessories as an option, ensured we had everything we needed with zero pushing pressure. Thanks Badlands will see you again soon.

Staff are very knowledgeable on their products, i almost bought an airsoft grenade, but who knows, i might buy it next time. Haha

EDITPurchased a Virtue Vio Mask back in 2019 with no issues and satisfied with the shipping.Had an issue with the payments online and was charged twice without any confirmation on December 23rd. I was told by support to check with my bank and I had done that which was a frustrating experience due to getting the runaround from both sides. Originally this review was to reflect my personal experience shopping online and it had nothing to do with the customer service.Elizabeth from the help desk was able to turn around my experience and resolved the issue promptly after looking into it deeper.
