I thought the last trip I took was a dud, suffering thru an extreme level of food stench. Maybe they had delivered an order very recently (although morning, it could happen). Also, the driver had at least one personal phone convo going and looking at it instead of the road. Fiddled with the machine whilst driving down the road from my pickup location. No music, no conversation.Was wrong.My recent trip concerned me greatly by the time I reached my destination (same as before) in Calgary. Same vehicle, same driver. Started off bareable, moderate food smell permeating the van, great, same deal, I guess. Eyes constantly glanced at his phone, leaving Airdrie. We hit Deerfoot, and he starts WATCHING a show/reel/whatever! Volume was high on his earpiece, and if I were multilingual, I would have been able to understand the words. His driving did not benefit in the slightest.For lack of better words, I couldn't wait to get out.I, too, drive for much of my living, and understand it can get boring, but this appalls me.

Their service and people are good, but the receipt they provided did not have their company name on it. There is no way that I can submit their receipt to my company for reimbursement and prove that this receipt is for a taxi fare. I tried calling them to get a resolution, but they could not help at all.
