My experience with New Furniture Gallery was positive. It took a while to receive the coffee table I ordered, but once it came in, communication was good, and pick up was easy. I love the coffee table it's functional and looks great!

We do not recommend purchasing anything from this merchant, or giving this company any of your business. They are rude, unprofessional and have repeatedly been disrespectful & verbally abusive to us customers. We attempted to buy 2 items for close to $900 and they were repeatedly dishonest & not transparent at all about delivery charges and assembly charges but the final straw was that this merchant would not honour our request to refund our transaction (on July 5th) for a 'sale' that was only completed on June 30th (6 days ago). Instead they informed us that we would have to go in person to sign a form to request a refund or cancellation. This entire sale was completed online but suddenly there is no refund unless we go in person?! We have since contacted our bank and we will dispute charges based on their dishonesty, their unprofessional manner and being verbally abusive towards us. They are truly worse than dealing with used car salesmen (Parry & Amit)! And we were refused access to speak with the owner as well & every time we would call this merchant back, in our attempt as customers to resolve & understand their utter disrespect and abusive behaviour we would regret even contacting them in the first place. We really wish that we had read the reviews before we even contacted this merchant. This entire communication with these 'furniture sales people' has been so stressful and not worth spending even $100 much less $900 to be yelled at repeatedly. Our bank's lawyers will be in touch and they will deal with you! Goodbye.

Poor workmanship!I had to wait 8 months for a sofa, and once I did receive it ''I' had to unwrap it I noticed 2 problems...a hole in one of the cushions and one side the fabric is pulled. I contacted them immediately, to send me a new cushion sleeve, I would put the sponge in myself. It's been almost 1 year and I received nothing!SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Worst customer service I have ever seen.Ordered a couch early January and waited for 3 months with almost no update. This week they suddenly called me that they were ready to deliver the couch to me. So I scheduled the delivery onto Friday with them, where the nightmare happened.This Friday two delivery men arrived at my condo at 5:30pm or so. They lift the couch to my floor but couldn't move it into my unit because my hallway was too narrow. Then they told me to call the store to discuss how to move forward. When I was trying to make a phone call, those two people just took the booked elevator and ran away! With the big couch left in the corridor of my condo! They didn't even wait until I return the elevator! I understood they had another delivery after me but WHAT COULD I DO WITH THE BIG GUY IN THE CORRIDOR??? Manager would charge me security would charge me and how can I move it by myself???Finally I had to call my friend to help and move it, with packaged removed and corners scratched.NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AND TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I ordered an Ashley sectional from the website and it was delivered without problem. It's exactly what we were expecting and is a lovely addition to our living room. It's comfy and seems durable. I'm happy with the purchase so far.The customer service I received was excellent and the sales rep answered all my questions beforehand.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. Do not order Ashley furniture from them. My chase came damaged with holes and scratches they try to blame my building doors which is a lie because 7 years ago I had my Ashley sectional delivered through the same doors by professional delivery men with zero issues. Their delivery team is lazy and unqualified to be handling furniture. I asked for an exchange instead they patched the holes even though I am not happy with the couch I ask for something in writing stating the couch was damaged and patched I also deserve a credit for having to keep damaged furniture. Companies want to take your money and treat you rudely. I will not order from them again. Damaged furniture poor delivery service. Putting blame on customers for damages unacceptable

Do not make a mistake by contacting this furniture store. I ordered a sofa in November, they promised to deliver it by December 27. I asked several times whether you can definitely make my order, they promised 100%.After December 27th, when I threw away the old sofas, I was left with an empty room for the New Year. I came to them and the guy who sold me the sofa said that he didn't sell it to me and he didn't say that. A conversation with the manager did not lead to anything.Total deception.Is it really that hard to tell your customers the truth? They can't fulfill the order on time and they will never tell you. I don't know how to build such a business
