I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lush Cosmetics, and I had the most wonderful experience with one of their sales associates ( she had blonde hair and glass), a lovely lady with a warm and pretty smile. She sold me a Lemon Shea Soap, and I have to say, it was absolutely amazing!From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. This sales associate was so knowledgeable about all the products in the store, and she really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She recommended the Lemon Shea Soap to me, explaining all the benefits of using it and how it would be perfect for my skin type. She even let me try a sample to see how it felt on my skin, and I was blown away by how soft and nourished my skin felt after using it.Not only was the Lemon Shea Soap incredible, but the customer service I received from this sales associate was truly exceptional. She was so kind and patient, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect products for my skin.I want to thank this amazing sales associate for her wonderful warm behavior and exceptional customer service. It is clear that she truly cares about her customers and is passionate about the products she sells. Her knowledge and expertise made my shopping experience at Lush Cosmetics truly unforgettable.

Wonderful store, wonderful products and wonderful staff. I was greeted at the entrance by Vicki (not sure of the spelling). She took me on my Lush adventure and introduced me to many new scents that I haven't tried yet. I am a scent orientated person and she was able to match the right scent to the emotional experience I was looking for. I left with a few bath products and a face scrub which Vicki used herself on her radiant skin. This Eaton Center location goes above and beyond every time, and my experience today just solidified that. Thank you!

We had the most amazing experience at the Lush in the Eaton Centre, Vicky was amazing. Her knowledge about the products, skin care and what is best for eczema was extraordinary. Made our shopping experience truly wonderful. Will definitely come back.

Lush is a lovely store to find skincare products. They don’t have sales or promotions. You will find limited edition items. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative about the products. Ask the staff to try a sample at home. The products are more expensive than a typical skincare products at a pharmacy, so trying it at home is helpful.

Fabulous! My 11-year old daughter and I could literally spend all day there. Super friendly Staff. I can easily see it as her first workplace once she becomes a teenager.

I have always had a positive experience after visiting this location (mostly any location in this case), even when it’s only a few times a year.The workers there often seemed happy to help. They are informative and attentive when listening to concerns and questions. Receiving samples is always a delight especially when they know you genuinely are curious about their products. The employees do know how to represent the company right. It is a company that still sticks and tries to be sustainable, efficient, and natural!I will continue to be an ongoing customer for this purpose. Although the products are pricy, it’s nice to own a few items from time to time. Their face masks are amazing since not only it feels smooth on the face (BB Seaweed and Rosy Cheeks are my favourite to achieve a clean, glowing, and refreshing feel and complexion for dry/combo skin) but you can get a free one after collecting 5 of their black containers.Please continue doing incredible works in this company! I wish there are more unscented versions of products or at least less scented ones as some do appear very strong.

The customer service was exceptionally good. Both the staff that helped me were really patient and kind, they explained everything about the products so well too. Would definitely recommend.

The newly renovated store that opened after being closed for 6 weeks. It's amazing! There are now more products offered without packaging!

Vicky was so knowledgeable and really helped us figure out what we needed while helping us explore other options!
