The owner, Tom treated us with respect, honesty and kindness. His team is very professional and kind. They are all very humble and welcoming to us every time we visit. They fix our cars very quickly and give great advice. We are thankful for having such great people in our community. They are very underrated, We definitely recommend coming to express care 216 St.

This is the best place for oil change in my opinion, I have been taking my cars here since I moved (6 + years ago) and every time the service has been wonderful, very straightforward, well priced, knowledgeable and super fast.The now owner is super nice and makes sure everything is up for great standards. The reward loyalty program is great and always nice to have some back to put towards your service. Thank you guys, you are the best!

I visited Valvoline Express Care last week and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the team, including the exceptional employee, Ethan. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed about the services they offer.One thing that really impressed me was how knowledgeable the team was about the manufacturer service intervals of some of the fluids that I wasn't even aware of. He explained it to me and visually showed me the fluids and how dirty they were, so unlike other shops, I knew I wasn't getting ripped off.They took the time to explain the importance of maintaining these fluids at the recommended intervals and ensured that all of my questions were answered before proceeding. They were patient and friendly throughout the process, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Valvoline Express Care. The team was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to provide me with top-notch service. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of an oil change or other automotive services. I had a great experience, I think the person that took care of me was Bert. He was knowledgeable, and he didn’t use high pressure up sales. He actually cares about your truck and takes his job seriously. He made me feel comfortable the whole process . The process was faster than any other oil change business in Maple Ridge. I would never go any were else. Most places have slimy high pressure tactics , not this place.

This business is another example of out of control tipping culture. The service I received was good but now we’re being asked to tip for an oil change? Won’t be back for this reason alone

Tokens. You buy their tokens so if you don't use them all you have to come back. It's better than the other car wash in Maple Ridge, but still.. timer is short for what you pay, like most car washes. Otherwise, clean space, and my car is clean now.

This place is great! I used to go to Mr. Lube for years but eventually got tired of being hounded and lied to, about replacing every fluid option on the vehicle, even when it did not need it.I searched for a new place and discovered Express Care. I now bring both my trucks to the boys over there and they always go above and beyond without lying to you for upsales!

The team was very honest, helpful, and informative. The prices are reasonable and even better with the mobile bandit coupon. Definitely the number one place I’d recommend in Maple Ridge.

Absolutely 5 star service from the Assistant Manager John. He went above and beyond to make a great experience for me. I can’t be thankful enough for the care he took in looking after my car and making sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail surpasses even the highest of standards and I truly appreciate the fact he wants my car to run as long as possible. If you come here ask for John and you will get the best service you could ever ask for.
