Profile Renovation

We are long time customers, having used Profile for bathroom shower/tub/ sink installations on 3 separate occasions over the years. We contracted Profile for the first time in 1997 when we had a new addition added to our home which included a bathroom ensuite. We engaged them a second time in 2006 when we renovated our main bathroom and returned once again in 2023 with the reparation of some water damage.It goes to say that we have been very satisfied with the work done over the years with this well established company. Communication is prompt and the work completed professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend Profile. Thanks again Tony!

Profile Marble & Bath helped with selecting the tub and surround panels. Their care and attention to protecting our existing floors was first rate. Their work was professional and efficient. The end result was exactly what we were looking for, and we are happy with the results.

I had not previously met Tony, but I definitely had seen the quality of his work in the remodeling of their bathrooms. When I met Tony I was impressed with his willingness to work within the parameters I needed (RAHA) with integrity., professionalism, and excellence. Those who worked with/for him were professional, responsive, mild mannered, on time and always left the working area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I referred Profile to a friend who has already contacted and met with Tony. I will use this company and Tony again if I decide to redo my kitchen.

Firstly, what a treat to deal with a company that , communicates with you, shows up when they say they will & keeps you posted along the way. From quote to completion. Rare these days !!Tony and his team of great tradespeople did an amazing job of remodeling two bathroom shower stalls into one huge amazing shower, great flooring etc.!! Love it. The cultured marble shower walls & base are fantastic. Looks great & easy to clean. We also added more drywalling and painting to the job and were very happy with all the work.

Unfortunately our family experienced a small fire alongside the exterior of our home and we needed to contract somebody to help us with the repairs.Profile Renovations was incredible to work with! They called us right away after receiving my inquiry. The team were responsive with a quote shortly after speaking. They were right on time and on budget. The experience was so positive that we also contracted Profile Renovations to do additional work outside of the fire restoration which included a concrete extension to our driveway and a hedge for privacy.The team was wonderful to work with together with from the quoting process all the way down to the billing process. I highly recommend Profile! They were extremely professional, personable, and made a very stressful scary process easy on myself and my family! Oh and the work was great too! Derrick didn’t stop until the paint match was perfection!

Profile Renovations just completed a main bathroom remodeling at our home. My husband and I just love our new bathroom! Stephanie, Tony and their team worked diligently and professionally to create a beautiful and functional space for our family. We had our ensuite renovated by Tony and his crew. They were all very professional and easy to deal with. We replaced our existing tub with a walk in shower with marble walls and a sink made out of the same marble. The shower has a window, a shampoo niche, and a foot niche. Karl did an excellent job of installing the marble around these openings. All the drywall and marble cutting/grinding was done outside, therefore there was no mess inside our house. Tony always kept us informed as to what date and time the various trades would arrive. We are very happy with the end result, and now we will have them back to renovate our main bathroom. We would have no hesitation in recommending Profile to anyone who needs to renovate.Harald & Leslie

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the work that Stephanie, Tony and their sub trades did on our bathroom. We remodelled our master ensuite and put a safety valve on our hot water tank. In both cases, Stephanie and Tony presented options for us to choose from. They were a delight to work with. They respected our budget , made suggestions for economies of scale and suggestions to give that extra sparkle in the aesthetics. The cultured marble for the shower tiling is absolutely beautiful and looks the same as the hard to care for porcelain tile without grout line brushing! Their sub trades Kyle, Pat, Trevor, and Fred were fantastic. Their attention to detail and trade proficiency were exceptional. I plan to use Profile to upgrade the kitchen next. They are reasonably priced, efficient, innovative and trustworthy!I recently asked Profile to assist with modernizing my kitchen and renovating my bathroom. Again, the results were fantastic! I had different trades people but they were dedicated to getting the job done, while their attention to detail was exemplary. Thanks very much to Carl, the trades person, and Pat the painter I am so proud of both my bathrooms, hallways and kitchen. Finally, Stephanie is so much help. Her Interior Designer expertise is the best I have ever cross. She listens to the client and provides samples and recommendations while taking into consideration of cost. What more can one ask for! I would highly recommend Profile Renovations to do any and all home renovations you may need.
