Jordan was a huge help in getting rid of some rodents we had! I have never dealt with mice in my house before and was at a loss for where they could be coming from. Jordan went around with me to show me the issues on top of clearing them out. Overall exceptional service!

I called Truly Nolen back in January when we found we had rodents (although we didn't know what type at the time) ... Natasha came in right away and gave us an honest opinion and did a thorough inspection and told us exactly where the rodents had gotten in from ... which is excellent because it helped us eliminate the issue right away to prevent more unwanted guests.She quickly set up for us and within 2 weeks we began noticing less and less activity ... her methods worked fast and effectively.She was so amazing to us and provided support beyond what we ever expected. I wanted to leave this review just to give a thank you to Jordan that came out and took care of my Rodent problem, he came out a few times to set up traps and came back to insure all of my rodents were gone! He helped me spot all of the areas they came in from that I could not find! He informed me that if I got them patched he would be able to take care of the rest, and so happy they are all gone now! Thank you, I would 100% recommend this company and Jordan!

I called Truly Nolen when I found bees in my basement. I then enrolled in the fall seasons programme as I had a mice problem too. The technicians have come out regularly to check on things, provide treatment, etc. They have kept me informed. Stacey dealt very well with some questions I had. Ariel and the others who came, checked things thoroughly and kept me informed. I found their prices reasonable compared to other quotes I had received.

I had mice coming up on to my balcony, Ariel came out found the hole and took care of the problem. Now I nolonger have the problem.She is very professional and very positive. She left me with the reassurance that if they come back, she's a call away.
