Excellent staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The layout makes it easy and quick to find what you need. A great selection of garden furniture and accessories. Well worth a visit.

Do not go to the paint section at this location, unless you're looking to get a headache and have someone give you the wrong color and tell you it's good enough.They will also try to charge you for the replacement paint after they messed up, and not understand why you don't want to pay to fix their mess-up. Rest of the store is overall quite good.

Great selection of trees, shrubs and flowers during the summer months. Pricing is competitive and their return policy is fabulous. Great option if your looking to spruce up your yard!

The store is very clean. The customer service is great and over and beyond what I expected ,as they help me carry around a compressor while showing me gift ideas. helped me to my car.didn’t have to search for anybody’s help they were always there and observant

Love this store, well laid out, so much selection, not just a hardware store or an auto parts store but everything you need for a Home to be completed indoors and out. Very helpful and friendly staff who care about what they do, ask anyone on staff and they will drop what they're doing and make sure you get what you need. Cheap replacement or high end they have it, and more, plus the deals are ever-changing and meaningful not just 5% here or 10% there but 30 to 50% in a lot of cases. Plus Party City is in the store as well.

Horrible experience I drove 1 hr in to st albert Canadian Tire to exchange a battery I bought 3 weeks ago that was not holding a charge after 3 days. I was told no i can't exchange becausethere is nothing wrong . I replied why would i drive one hr and in from out of town to be called a Is liar. I had my truck check by a mechanic witch cost me and the drive cost me to come in 100km away I was told must be a battery issue as everything else is working great so I wanted to exchange it as I have a Warranty. I discussed the issue. Peter a store manager who right away denied me and basically told me I was wrong lying and also he was very rude. Then I met with nadine another store manager who acted in the same manner she no one once lookedat my recipes or my invoices from mechanic nor were they kind at any time and they all walked away instead of trying to help poor customer service. Now I am 1st nations and I am used to this behavior and I can see racism when it comes the should not have been an issue as I have. Warranty and was not asking for money back actually. I purchased a second battery so I can boost the first battery that I just purchased weeks ago. Poor management poor customer service. I'm very disappointed with this location. I do not think I will be going back to this location ever again. But I am a very loyal Canadian tire customer and possibly will be going to other locations in the future. But I'm still unsure after this shaky ordeal. Also other Customers who see agreed with me if I were white The exchange would have been anissue but because of my look they assumed. I was trying to scam poor poor customer service.

This is one of the few places I trust to take my vehicles. Everything is always fixed at a reasonable cost, and they don't try to sell you repairs that you don't need. Also offer a military discount with valid ID. Nice touch!

Item wasn't on the shelf. I couldn't locate a single person to assist, so I went to customer service just to wait and be told to go back to isle 95 and someone will assist." Okay.. I wait there probably 5-10(?) minutes
