Simcare Childcare Services goes above and beyond to ensure that excellent care and safety is provided for all children and their providers. Simcare has by far been an amazing agency to be a part of. The agency works with the provider and the child’s needs to provide the best care possible. The agency is very well organized and the staff is very friendly they’re always available for your calls and questions. It is no wonder why they have been in business for over 35 years!!

Poor customer service from the owner/manager. Daycare location itself was good (home daycare), however, when we were cancelled on (15 times in a matter of months), we were not offered alternate childcare and we were still charged for it. Their billing makes no sense and when I questioned them, I always got a run-around answer. Final bill was received and ultimately, I forgot to pay it - my fault, I moved and life got busy. But when I attempted to reach out to them (emails and calls), I never heard back to work out the final bill. I absolutely do not recommend this company, stay away!

Consistent quality care. Flexible days and hours. Services all of Simcoe County and even offers overnight care. Rates are good and staff is excellent.
