Service here today was pretty bad. We stood in the lineup waiting for service for quite a long while. Once we finally ordered we stood waiting. I wanted our food come forward and sir on a tray for a long time before it was actually given to me. The girl responsible for putting the orders together looks completely lost and overwhelmed. Like it was her first day and they just told her to figure it all out herself.So when we finally got our food it was no longer hot. Also my sons burger had a disgusting amount of onion on it.

Friendy service at this location, and the food is fresh and hot to order.We go out of our way to get to this location because the level of personalized service and quality of food is just that good. Not to mention, the restaurant is a consistently clean and pleasant environment. We will keep coming back and are excited to try the new summer drink flavors!

Consider this folks! I live in the NE just outside the Core, and there are several DQs closer to me than this one. I choose to come here based on the courteous service and generous portions I always receive from this store. In addition to that, when I order a simple item like an ice cream cone, it is handed to me fresh out of the machine, nice and firm and no dripping. This is unlike most of the other locations who respond immediately through the microphone in the drive through so by the time I get to the window, it's warm and running all over the place. Unacceptable in all regards.And finally, the blizzards are 100% thick, processed just right. You need a spoon to eat these. Just how they should be. The sundaes are large with generous amounts of fresh topping bursting with flavor. To die for.You simply can't go wrong here.5 Stars Plus...All Day Long.Highly Recommended!

I won’t be calling you to be yelled at. I know there was a “bug” about 1 inch long with only 1 wing left.Post a clean inspection Finding a cockroach blended into my shake was certainly enlightening. Never going there again. Wouldn’t suggest you do either. This is disgusting.

I drove from across town to this location, as it is one of the only locations open past 11:00pm. Although still slow service, you do what you can for a blizzard and fries at 11:30.

Ordered the classic chicken strip basket, 4 piece…. 2 of the pieces were close to the weight and size of a wendys nugget. I would have rather picked up a Wendy’s 6 piece nugget for much less and would be way more filling. Also the cheeseburger I ordered was stale and soggy at the same time. Never coming back

I visited this location on Wednesday and my overall experience was great. Decided to treat myself a strawberry blizzard and chicken nuggets. It was so delicious and tasty. Staff was friendly especially front person. Recommended to visit again.

They did a FANTASTIC job on a recent slab cake order - emailed them my request and design layout and they nailed it! Thank you very much, we all loved it. Perfect to pick up a cake and bring it to celebrate friends bday at shark club nearby. Thanks again!Note they are Drive thru only at this time.
