Went in and purchase a 3 - 25lb dumbbell set with stand. On sale tag said it was $329. Confirmed with the sales guy that it included all the weights and stand he said yes. Went to pay and the price was wrong said it was actually $399. I said that was fine. Went to go load it all up in our vehicle and they tell me that the price was still wrong and they wanted to charge me another $1000.

I recently purchased an exercise bike from here and the service was great. Yes, it took a few months to arrive, but this was explained at the time I ordered it. Fitness equipment is in short supply right now so I expected to wait. The bike finally arrived and assembly was a breeze. After riding the bike I noticed the resistance wasn't what I expected. A tech was at my house that same day and took a look. No issue with the bike, it was just the nature of magnetic resistance. I was able to exchange the bike immediately and had a different model in my house ready to go within 1 hour!!. You will not get this kind of service on-line. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and professional. A+

A big shout out to Fitness Solutions' Robert Loucks who just came to replace the motor in our elliptical trainer. What a friendly fellow who absolutely knows these machines inside out and got us back up and running - I mean ellipticalling - in no time! Thank you Robert! Thank you Fitness Solutions! :-)

Me and my husband are indigenous. We clearly look indigenous too. We went in yesterday to purchase some gymnastic rings for my daughter. We stood there in front of the service desk. Clear open view. There was another fellow in the store. An associate came out of the back, walked right by us and directly to him and asked him if he needed help. The man politely declined and the associate proceeded to again walk right by us, and go back to whatever he was doing in the back. Not a single hello, not a single acknowledgment. NOTHING. And when I mentioned this to my husband, the other employee sitting at his desk, gave us a smirk and the whole experienced screamed that we were not welcomed there. I felt like garbage giving them our business but I really needed the rings for my daughter.

Love the new treadmill, thanks Jamie for helping us select the right one for our family. Came in so quickly we couldn't believe it. Delivery and set up went smooth and as you described. Thanks again and we will definitely recommend you to others.

Terrible customer service. Tried contacting for two months as our elliptical stopped working, but never received a response. Finally reached someone by phone and was promptly told to call Flaman to handle repairs on our machine as they don’t do it themselves. Quality service from a local business was the reason we purchased from Fitness Solutions, so it is disappointing to not receive good customer service.

A great local store that cares about customer satisfaction. Came in with some specific requirements fora treadmill. Thought we found one that would work, but found out it had some surprising behaviour when I tried at home. Gary went above and beyond to find and order a treadmill they don't normally carry in order to meet my needs. His crew had no problem swapping them, and now I've got one that works exactly how I want. Thanks Gary!

I highly recommend these guys, 5/5. I will be returning there in the future for exercise equip. I recently purchased a 14' Octogonal trampoline and enclosure from Fitness Solutions in Saskatoon. Even with covid restrictions the process was very quick and painless. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The trampoline is very high quality. Most of it is made right here in Sask. Set-up time took a couple of hours by myself but was fairly simple.

Have built several gyms and these guys have always found me what I needed. Fairly priced body solid equipment and awesome set up/install. Functional trainers I have purchased here have all been top notch and lasted years (I do zero maintenance). The spin bike, elliptical, recumbent and treadmill I have purchased over the last 15 years are still going strong! Support local! These are your guys.
