As a technical person, and after a long research in the market for the best quality vs price, I decided to go with JR Énergie. By far it was a pleasant experience. Starting with Betty, their sales person, she was super knowledgeable, fully aware of their products specs and she answered all my questions to the engineering level, and addressed all my concerns. She is by far the best.We received our new constructed house on the 22nd of July, the installation was scheduled on the 26th. From day one I noticed the air exchange air flow was very weak which got me concerned, some rooms had virtually no airflow pressure! I called Betty and asked if there is any one can come and inspect my HVAC system prior to installing the Hearpump, just in case if there is an underlying problem that I might need to take up with the builder prior to the installation. Although it was the constructions holiday here, she promised to send me someone the next day. To my surprise, I found Marco, the company owner showing at my door steps to do the inspection himself! He found the problem and told me that it is an easy fix and he will do it at the installation date, which he did, with no extra charge!!On the installation date the 26th, Marco and his team showed at 7AM on the dot, did their job effectively, and I have to applaud them for taking in consideration it is a new house, they were laying tarps and workers carpets everywhere to protect the new floor from their constructions boots, this was much appreciated and very well received.I am happy to say I am very satisfied to say I had the best service, best price and best product. While my neighbours complains about their heatpump noise, I am enjoying the whispering machine they installed. Couldn't be any happier.Today, 5 weeks after the installation, Betty called me to follow up and to check if I was satisfied with their product and service and if I had any questions or concerns?! Who does that these days!! This is what pushed me to write this review to thanks Betty, Marco and JR Énergie for the amazing service. You guys set the bar so high and the rest of the services companies should follow your example. Thank you!

We received sound advice from the sales person, which we corroborated in our research. The crew that came to our house was on time, friendly and professional, answered all our questions and did all they could to leave the house clean. When we had a small difficulty a few days later help came right away and was responsive, phone service was immediate and kind. I would highly recommend this company and I am grateful for their work, attention and support.

I am a landlord, I called 3 top providers as ranked online to fix a Heat Pump at my rented property and JR Énergie responded quickly. And the best part is that their service price is very fair and they fixed of my old heat pump without any unnecessary charges. Bottom line JR Énergy are a trusted professional provider, all what I did is a phone call to get a prompt service within 2 days. Asso their accounting support is also amazing I simply called to get a copy of my invoice and instantly I received it by email. Please note that I reside in Ottawa and my rented property is in Laval.

The technician was punctual, courteous and did an excellent job repairing the wall mounted ac. He even took extra steps to clean it out properly and offer advice for future maintenance.

They converted my oil furnace to electric system. They were quick to reply and give me a quote. Very professional and reliable. I would recommend using them because I believe they are honest. It is very important to have a honest business in this field. Thank you JR Energie.

Quick and courteous service . The technician knew exactly was wrong with the furnace , he had the parts and the furnace works great now. Very happy with their service.

Installation went without a hitch. The team (Loïc and Christophe, if memory serves) were professional, courteous, and left the work area mostly clean. The heat pump has been running smoothly since the installation.I will amend this review if the customer service isn't up to par, but from an install standpoint, the service was perfect.

We wanted to upgrade our bi-energy heating system (oil + electricity) and we wanted to do business with a reliable partner. After looking at the market we chose JR Energie, and we have NOT been disappointed ! Not only they were competitive on pricing, but they also delivered the job as expected and, very professional and with no hassle. On top of that, the salesperson (Ghislain) was very useful in giving me advice on how to apply to the various subsidy programs (Chauffez Vert, Reno Climat). 5 out of 5!
