Accommodated a last minute but very urgent need. And the price was super reasonable, didn’t take advantage of my situation at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I made an appointment for 8am to have my truck detailed and dropped it off on time. I called at 3:00 to see when it would be ready and they said 15 min so drove my husband over to pick it up. He waited almost 2 hrs - they didn't even start on the truck until 1:30. There was a line of unhappy customers who were also complaining their vehicles were not ready.This place is extremely unorganized - they don't seem to have any kind of real booking system. Although they did give $20 off (because it still wasn't ready after waiting so long) it was not worth the wait or inconvenience. I would give negative stars if I could. I recommend avoiding this busines.

What was I thinking when I decided to use them for detailing ?? I wish I had read reviews before going there. I took the gold package; I was in a hurry , so I took it for granted that Gold package will include all bells and whistles. It was an ok job of just cleaning the interiors. The engine compartment and tail gate window wasn't touched & cleaned. The underside of car wasn't washed. I asked them about the material they used - like leather protector, interior UV protection cleaner or paint protection shampoo etc ( which are standard in a gold package) - they didn't have any answers. What's worse was their attitude - not only they did a horrible job but they had no remorse, no apologies and they were arguing about how good the job was done. Oh, did I mention - they managed to kill my car battery too. Save your time and money folks, this place is a NO for auto detailing.

The worst detailing job l ever received the car was there from 9 am till 5 pm the windows were not clean had garbage between the front seats and behind the rear armrest. The armrest in the back was not washed the interior seamed to be cleaned where they thought it was dirty it didn't smell clean in the vehicle WASTED MY MONEY .WOULD NEVER go there again ,and definitely not recomend anyone to go there

I booked an appointment today at 11:30am for a 1 Hr basic clean that is supposed to clean windows, trim, dash, vacuum interior, exterior wash, and tire shine. After 2 hours of waiting I asked what was taking so long as he said “they accidentally did a full detail instead of the basic”. In total it took 2.5 hours, and as the pictures show, it’s arguable if they even vacuumed, let alone anything beyond that.

Booked an appointment online for 11:00, should have been finished by 12:30. They were not even going to look at my car until noon. Finally got my car at 2:25. When booking the appointment online, I had specified attention to the trunk due to milk leaking. Trunk looks like it was not touched, front floor mats snap in place, one on drivers side is now broken, passenger side is still visibly dirty around the mats, there is stuff on the dash and passenger side door. When I arrived, they were not wearing masks, as is required. Man at the desk pulled something over his face while I was talking to him, but the guy cleaning cars was not wearing anything at all. When I was finally able to pick up my car, they had children there as well, also not wearing masks.Kanata, Ontario location. 25 Edgewater

They were very nice but for what I paid definitely not a good job.I would only recommend this company for anyone with new cars and very little cleaning needed.Disappointed in the results for amount of money that I paid.

Took my Mercedes’ after winter to get detailed they were able to make it look brand new and remove the salt stains perfectly which I was really surprised as I tried to do it myself to no avail I’ll be bringing my car here every few weeks from now on!

I do not recommend this car detailing service at all!Made an appointment for 9am Gold package which on the website states is one a one hour service.They tried to tell me they could not have it done in an hour.I stressed their website stated it was a 1 hour service.I told them they were engaging in false advertising.I waited the hour in their building and the sofas are completely disgusting with worn out vinyl cushions.When they delivered the car it initially looked okay, but as I drove out of their lot the front windshield was not clean...it was if they didn't even use a clean cloth when wiping it...

Awful experience. I paid for the 1 HR bronze package, they cleaned" my car for 30 minutes before giving it back to me. The dash was still dusty
