Fresh Environments by Harleigh - Fish Tank Cleaning

Not the one to normally do this but I feel that Harleigh left me no choice. To anyone who is welcoming her into their home please beware that she does not care as much as she says she does. Since she has decided to take on business clients instead of homeowners this could be the reason for such a repulsive response. I had dealt with Harleigh for over 2 years and the amount of times we had her in our home was numerous. With that being said, Harleigh knew all the animals and family members in the household. We recently had to put our family dog down, which Harleigh knew of and seemed to enjoy his presence from the time she started coming to us, to the time he had passed. Well since our boy passed, Harleigh never messaged or showed empathy for our loving pet that she seemed to care so deeply for. We had messaged her asking to come clean the tank (we messaged her because she had not told us she wasn’t coming back to do our monthly clean) and we also mentioned how our furry friend passed (thought she should be aware, since she says she “really likes duke”) , and with all said, all she reply’s with is that her new $300 diagnostic price (which she has NEVER charged before) would be required for any further appointments. This came out of no where!! Not only that but she didn’t even have the human decency to text “I’m sorry for your loss”. I can’t speak for everyone but I know for myself and as a customer service representative, Harleighs response was very unprofessional and insincere. If you care for your animals and expect the same respect back for your animals as you would for any human, then I would NOT recommend her into your home. I hope all this was worth it for her, she lost valuable clients based on her unprofessional actions.

Harleigh did an outstanding job replacing my gravel substrate with sand in my 55 gallon aquarium. I am so thankful that I messaged Harleigh to help. She gave me options with different prices, all of which were reasonable. Within a couple days of originally messaging her, she came to change the substrate. She was very professional and tidy. I gave her permission to reorganize plants and decor in my tank and she made it even more beautiful. It has been a couple weeks since the change and my tank is doing wonderfully.As an additional praise, I should mention that Harleigh is very approachable and understanding. I feel comfortable asking her questions about my tank without being worried that she will be judgemental or a know-it-all.I am so glad I messaged Harleigh. She has made me excited about my aquarium again!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Harleigh! She is incredibly talented in her ability to take an idea and bring it to life! I was impressed with her previous work with mini ponds and wanted one of my own. She offered me style ideas and additional options such as a light that shines beautifully on the rocks. I love all the natural elements she incorporated into it that make it special. Thank you Harleigh! :)

Harleigh is awesome! She saved my sick betta from fin rot and set me up with a bigger tank with live plants, and a better filter, he has never been healthier! She also got me more fish that would get along well with my betta. She was easy to communicate with and was professional and friendly.

Harleigh has been super helpful with my new aquarium hobby. She has supplied snails, shrimp, and plants for my tank. She has also given me all sorts of advice and helped with my betta's fin rot. Harleigh provides vacation services at a reasonable price and also includes weekly updates! She is very friendly, respectful, and educational. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for aquarium services.

Harleigh has been cleaning the tank in our dental clinic for quite a while now, and we are very happy. We went through several rather unreliable and ineffective tank cleaning companies before we found her.
