Worst company in Surrey to order your doors. I’m building a house and ordered 18 doors from A1 doors. They sent me wrong door sizes with incorrect jambs, delivery was made without confirming dates with me first. Fire door has to have a safety rating sticker which they did not send along with delivery. After repeated emails, tel calls and numerous visits to their showroom, I finally received fire sticker after 5 months. Karan is the worst salesperson, and even their supervisor won’t bother addressing your concerns once they make a sale. They sent me a cracked fire door. See picture

Impossible to deal with and maintain a schedule. We paid our 50% deposit, and were contacted by the receptionist stating that our door order was ready for shipping but the Ballance of payment(25000$) was required prior to shipping. We gladly paid the Ballance and scheduled our finishing crew for upcoming delivery. Delivery was delayed several times, and when the door’s finally arrived…. We received less than half of our order. The Ballance of the order arrived over a month later, and we were still shorted doors. Door sizes were wrong, custom sized bifold were cut down by A1 with visible damage from circular saw rips as well as uneven cuts. We had to reframe some openings to facilitate the wrong size doors provided ( not standard height or width so couldn’t easily replace). After getting no where with A1 providing the replacement doors, we went to a competitor and received excellent service providing us with the missing doors. As we had no confidence in A1 providing us with the missing doors, we happily paid the 1500$ to never be lied to, or misled again. Their poor business practices will cost them give or take 750000$ in future orders on this project.Worse supplier experience ever!!

some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. rarely answer phone calls or emails and our pre-hung doors did not come pre-hung which resulted in the doors being sent to site with the wrong hinges (because they gave us the wrong hinges). I was told multiple times that the correct hinges would be sent directly to site and they never were. they have single handedly delayed an entire project for us and made our company look unprofessional.

Have always used A-1 for renovations and new constructions. The showroom is big and has a lot of goodies. Customer service always good. They must be doing something right since they have been around since 1986.

NEVER BUY ANY DOOR FROM THEM. Poor quality door and poor service. MY GLASS DOOR EXPLODED ON ITS OWN. I provided photo and video to sales rep Hardeep for a replacement door(waiting 2 weeks for his answer), but finally he said his company determined the glass door breakage was man-made. How ridiculous!I already spent $20,000 purchasing A-1 Door products, but I WILL NEVER come back here. They will make up a lie to refuse your warranty.

Manpreet of A1 Doors did a great job and provide excellent services for our project. The company offers quality products with competitive price. Also want to thank for one of their carpenters, Mr. Ninder Kular, for his experienced and quality work.

Do not get your doors and door handles from here. Avoid at all cost. The doors they cut to fit in the frame looked like they were cut with a handsaw. They sent closet doors that don't fit the frame because they measured incorrectly. Told me it would be two weeks for my door handles. Two months later the front desk couldn't find my invoice. Gurnam, my sales person, did not answer any of my voice mails. When he finally did answer my call he told me the handles were a specialty item and could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to arrive. Would give zero stars if possible.

Quality and product is good. However they seem understaffed, they take ages to show you around. They only have 2 people who can work on customers. Been here 5 times and everytime I have to wait around 30 mins which is annoying considering the price they charge.
