Incredibly hospitable. They have thought of every way to make your life less stressful during your stay. We are very thankful for the RMH during our son's stay at LHSC. It's literally a one minute walk to the B wing entrance. It couldn't be any better located.

The best place I ever had the staff the pace is the best I have no word to explain I was there to for 1month I lost my child they give me card sorry and they did not charge me. I will never forget the good did for me ❤️

This is probably the hardest review I'll write. I ended up being rushed to emergency this past week and our baby ended up in NICU. My husband and I were lost until someone called the Ronald McDonald House and we were accepted in that afternoon. I couldn't believe how welcoming, warm, generous and lovely every single person here was. They made the most difficult time in our lives better. I had heard of the charity before but after experiencing it first hand I was blown away. Unfortunately our stay was short and we have a long road to recovery but we can't thank the volunteers here enough. I'm not sure what we would have done without their help through this time. I can't say how it was before covid hit, but they are so wonderful here. You and your family get a private room and bathroom, they have anything you might need in the room (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc) we also recieved a welcome gift and a beautiful hand stitched quilt. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate at all times and homemade goodies and treats always available. So you're welcome to cook and grab something to eat at any time day or night. Dinner is served around 5:30 and there's always a nice selection to eat - dinner is the one meal that is cooked and ready for you each day. The staff are always there for you and try to accommodate you in every way possible. My husband and I can't wait to try and give back as we are still so happy and thankful to have had a chance to stay here. Thank you to everyone who works here, you guys do such amazing work and we appreciate everything you did for us.
