Working with Authentic Developments was a positive experience. Even though building during a pandemic presented some issues and delays with getting materials, the house Authentic built for our family is beautiful and to the high quality they promised from the beginning. They would communicate with us often and were always willing to adjust ideas/design along the way customizing our home and our experience for us. I have worked with Jackie and Jason for several years now helping their clients choose the flooring for their new home. Jackie is always upbeat and determined to help their clients find everything they want to create their dream home. She is almost more excited then anyone else! When starting the build process it can be incredibly scary and nerve racking, and we definitely felt that way when we started. However, looking back on our experience with Authentic I would want to assure all future customers that you truly have nothing to worry about with them as your builder. They strive for a superior product, and their quality is top notch. I never had to worry about asking questions or voicing concerns because they were always handled professionally and respectfully. We built our cottage with Authentic and it was truly one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. From the day we first called to inquire about a quote, to the day we got possession, every interaction was professional, friendly and fun - it gave us so much confidence in the team we trusted with our dream home. We were located out-of-province, but the team kept us in the loop as the project progressed and Jackie was always so quick to answer any questions we had. We truly felt like we were having our home built by friends. The finished product is beyond anything we could have even imagined when we first set eyes on our lot. We love it so much.
