Bought a phone there 3 weeks ago. Wasn't happy with the Bell coverage, so I took it back on Weds. to get a refund under the 30 day return policy - buyer's remorse".The guy in the store did not know how to return it. I specifically stated THAT I WANTED TO KEEP MY NUMBER

Narda and the young fellow who she was training went above what is required. Their knowledge and experience were the biggest help for myself. As someone who is in a wheelchair, they made sure to make the renewal of my phone as smooth as possible. Right to the point of personally delivering my new phone and watch to my house. I recommend this store with out reservations. They will make sure all your mobility phone needs are met to the utmost importance.

We went to renew our contact at Bell Crowfoot as it was up. We got a new contract and new phones.Balwinder Singh was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and gave us a great rate. All while training a new employee.He is very personable, and helped us through the steps.Thank you Balwinder!

This location had horrible customer service. I specifically asked what deals were available and was not provided with the information, so signed up for an outdated phone, when i could of had the latest phone with free airpods and little more cost. When i asked about this deal i was told it was too late, which it was not (I have 15 days to return the product). I left a voicemail to request a manager and have not received a call back. Very disappointed.
