Ordered garden veggie sandwich, and there is only latus , and tomato in it nothing else. Very disappointed, not even close to my expectations. Coffee was ok. They need to tell customers if they don’t have any veggies, feel like cheated.

Worst staff ever seen, they don’t even have manners to talk, they barely applied herb and garlic cream on my bagel and we paid for crispy onions too which are hard to find on it. When i went to see the employee he was so rude and didn’t gave me the new one.

These two locations, West Lorne and Dutton on the 401 east/westbound, are BY FAR the worst run/managed/staffed Tim’s locations in ALL of southwestern Ontario!!! EVERYTIME I stop here I find myself standing there in line with my blood boiling! Trust me…you ALWAYS have enough time standing in these lines to hit level 10 frustration! It’s not because of “labour shortage” either. There’s always half a dozen employees talking behind the counter while one begrudgingly serves the 20 or so people one by one. PLUS somehow they think it’s reasonable to charge MORE than every other store! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Too bad it’s the only thing around for miles! Probably the only reason they still exist. ….I gotta lose this coffee addiction!!

Incredibly dysfunctional. Don’t know what they’re doing, and yet it’s busy. Why not get management who knows what they’re doing. The wait was long and they didn’t give me a number and they called the numbers out.

Wish I read the reviews before coming to this tims on route. Worst staff/experience ever... especially for a place that people stop when they are hungry on road trips. My Bagels had no cream cheese on them. And they lied about having no bacon when the guy after me ordered bacon and got it. When I asked the staff how come he told me there was no bacon, he lied more and said it just came out. I wasn't even offered to wait for it to come out" of the microwave.... waste of time and money at this clueless lazy staff location. Never again will my family stop here. This location needs new staff or serious training. I visited at 9:30pm on a Monday night....replace the staff."

Atleast take mobile orders so that it could save time mostly truckers do a 30 min break and in that we have to waste 20 mins in line to buy a coffee staff is too much slow.
