Damaged a $20,000 China cabinet and was informed the day he was paid, in good faith, for the finished job. Unfortunately at no time did Sam the owner offer to pay for the damages. Suspect he isn’t insured as we were never provided proof of same although it was brought up at the consultation. I had left my other review before I found out about the damages (the cabinet is from Europe how does one repair that?)and wobbly stair banister. We expected much more professionalism. Avoid this company. This guy is just a middleman and causes too much melodrama. Sam send us your lawyers letter.

Sam was courteous, professional and knowledgeable from our first conversation. He came over and measured not only once, but twice as we discussed the project in detail. I received initial quotes for floors and stairs within 48 hrs after sending pictures of my ideas for product.With Sam's input I decided on materials. The crew was clean, friendly and respectful of my home and pets. Sam ensured my safety as well as my pets while work was being done. Everything was executed to a T, easing my OCD! Sam came by at least once a day to check on the progress.Attention to detail was beyond my expectations.Communication was great throughout. ZERO stress.When the project was complete, Sam came over and we did a walk through making sure all was perfect.It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam.I am Completely thrilled with the final results and would recommend Sam and Safeway Carpet and Flooring to everyone.Thank you Sam!

We used Safeway flooring to have the carpet replaced on our staircase and we are very much pleased with the work done. The guy who did the job was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and finished work as per the agreed schedule. The material they used is also very used and they also did the cleaning after completing the job. I would love to use their services again for flooring work whenever need be.

He was professional, flexible to work within our tight schedule and most importantly he delivered with fantastic results. This was my third time contracting Sam / Safeway Flooring to install solid quality vinyl, laminate, or hardwood flooring. Sam is professional in every way. And his prices are fair when you consider the high quality of the flooring as well as his installation. He is also very considerate and responsible in the removal and disposal of old flooring. Sam will always be my first go-to for any project where I want quality, long-lasting flooring.

Extremely satisfied! I was on a time crunch and very busy so I had to pick a carpet colour from a picture. Sam helped find the perfect colour. I was not able to be home during the installation, and was nervous as I did not know what I was as going to get The carpet was installed to perfection, The under-pad is amazing and soft. My walls had no damage. Same worked with my budget and timeline and was very patient as I try to make decisions from pictures. He did not sure factotum what I was hoping for.When you hire out work you don’t al ate know what you are going to get. Sam is extremely professional, and talented at this job. Very happy with his work.

Sam and team were efficient and easy to communicate. They are pretty busy so be patient if they take a bit to reply.Sam first came to assess and show us some samples, and after he came a second time to do the installation with his team. They provided good advice and the job was completed in just one day.Very professional! I definitely will hire him again for my flooring and carpeting upgrades.
