To refund it needs to be your size or else they will ban you from buying other shoes from that line. The employees were intimidating even though it was my fault for buying a different size to size swap.The receipt did not say anything about final sales or that I cannot return the shoe (they scold me). I understand their point of view for not giving me back the money but they should have given me a warning first. I give 2 stars because it is not the owner's fault, but bad communication between the consumer and the employee. Overall experience: Poor

Employees are hit and miss, some are attentive with good recommendations and others will bring the shoes you asked for to the wrong person.Kudos to guy who managed to recover that almost got stolen

If you wanted to buy Yeezys, a very high in demand shoe, their staff will litteraly lie in front of your face and tell you there's no more left while in fact there are still some left. Also their staff will beg you to give them a good rating on their website essentially wasting 10 mins of your life. Never shopping there again. House of Hoops is 100x times better.

Been there multiple times, and I've never seen such poor customer service. Lady at checkout laughed at my face and couldn't make gift cards work.

This footlocker is bigger with more staff than the other footlocker in Eaton centre by the train station, but you will get little to no service here.If you need anything from footlocker go to the other location, smaller, busier and lots of foot traffic but WAY BETTER & FASTER!
