Ocean Quest

I went during COVID and found Ocean Quest to have all the bases covered . I felt quite safe. The staff (especially Jessica) was most professional. I had a relaxing visit with great results. A bonus was the view of CBS from my treatment room.

We had a great time kayaking today. Matt was both professional and personable. Thanks for a great experience!

The staff here are wonderful. I would make the drive to CBS anyday for these spa services. As a world traveler and spa goer, my review is 5 star. No mansion but that doesn't matter because it's the best spa service on Avalon. L

Ocean Quest service providers are professional and skilled. The product is of high quality. The atmosphere is lovely, with a great view of the ocean depending on your service!My suggestions for improvements would be to hold more promotions for returning customers and changes to the online booking system, as it seems to show open appointment times that are not actually available.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time aboard the zodiac whale watching adventure. Johnnie O and the entire crew were attentive, professional, and oh so much fun. We cannot say enough how wonderful it was getting up close to the whales and how knowledgeable the crew was about marine life and condition.We cannot wait to go any any one of the adventures offered my Ocean Quest.Kim and Emma F

I booked an appointment for 5 as a bridal outing and 2 hours before my appointment got a call that they could only accommodate 4 of the people in my group. My mother which travelled from central had to step out of getting her service. There was no offer to squeeze my mom in even if the service would have taken a bit longer with one esthetician working on two people. There was no offer to rectify the situation.If I had been the one to cancel my appointment in less than 24 hours I would have been required to pay 50% of the service price. I was not offered any discount for having a service cancelled on me, 2 hours prior.The receptionist tried to contact management by phone call and text and could not get in touch with anyone. She said she would have someone contact me on Monday about the situation. I did not receive a call.The ladies who provided the service to the 4 of us who got pedicures were great, no complaints there. But overall very disappointed with the situation.

Exceptional service, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful ocean view. I'm really impressed with the quality, experience and attention Nancy puts into each treatment. She really knows how to help you relax.

My favourite place to get a pedicure. It’s only slightly more expensive than nail salons. My pedicures are always much better than elsewhere, and you get much more of a spa experience. The estheticians are so friendly and skilled. Plus the view is beautiful.

Went for a girls day with my daughter and mother in law, we had an amazing experience! We had the girls getaway spa package, and they made us feel comfortable and very relaxed. We will be back again!Great service, highly recommended!

The interior design is really lovely, rustic with a modern aesthetic twist. I've had a few services there. My waxing tech, Heather, was great. It's always very clean and professional in the lobby and rooms. I'm not sure if they have the pedicure chairs yet, but it would be nice if they do get them. I had a full pedicure and it was very nice...I just prefer the massage chairs. It would also be nice to be able to get a snack or smoothie like at the Monastery once Covid restrictions are over. Other than that, my experiences there have been lovely.
