Second Cup Café

I asked the barista to use my reusable cup when making my latte and she refused. My cup has measurement lines for 12 or 16 ounces. The cup was the same size as the disposable one on the counter. You think in this day and age people would be trying to create less garbage but obviously they don't care.

I forgot my thermos at home for my baby's bottle and the staff was extremely kind enough to give me hot water to warm my baby bottle! Saved my life :) Thank you. Amazing business owners. I will definitely be back

Busy spot. Had a lady come up and snag my coffee from me thinking it was hers as they do not write names on the cups like Starbucks. Now I understand why Starbucks does that. The lemon loaf we had was fairly dry. The coffee was good, and my wife enjoyed her white chocolate mocha.

terrible customer service from the ladies .i went and ordered my americano ,it was in an instant that i was served right after i tappped my card.i didn't give a fuss ,well quick service maybe...but wrong!! i asked for half a cup of hot water,and they wanted to charge me for it.!!ridiculous!!!.i know my americano.i always order that and i am always given a small half filled hot water to dilute more of my small americano. they argued about it and even raised a brow on me which was terribly rude... i went back to my car...opened my cup and yes,,, doubts were validated,they served me a brewed black...tasted awful!!!! i called the store and the guy answered mentioned he just started his shift,and said I can come back and he'll make me a new one.indeed i went back,,returned the cup of coffee and he even put his nose close to the rim and said,yeah this smells like a brewed coffee.he then proceeded to make me me the correct americano which i know the taste very well. and he apologized.good gesture...those ladies they should never be serving in a coffee shop like that...never showed any value to the cup of coffee nor they know the value of coffee in itself to the society , and awful customer service..if i can give a -0 that should be the corrrect rating...

Love the frocho here. Staff was super friendly and I was comfortably able to enjoy that frozen hot chocolate. Would definitely come back whenever I go to Crossirons.

The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they can make good drinks but the customer service is terrible. Me and my friend ordered the drinks we wanted and she informed me that the order was incorrect even though we pointed at the menu item, it was a new item I believe so it had its own special display. He changed it and I paid in cash. He tells the barista to make the drinks and the barista looked so miserable working there that I felt bad for him. Meanwhile it took the other guy 10 minutes to count my change, the drinks were done before he gave me my change. Keep in mind that this was my first experience at second cup, the second one wasn’t so appealing either as I wanted to try again as maybe it was an off day. The only difference was that the barista was a different person and I paid with my card instead, otherwise it was the same as the first.

I just tried Second Cup and I have to say their Moccaccino is amazing! The taste is really good and I was thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend trying it! Their service is great as well.

Doesn't give detailed receipts to customers. Very bad place. Can't even reprint it. Prices is jack up. Customer service is bad.

I ordered a Cappucinno from the very nice lady behind the counter that I have recognised from before and I got a superb tasting hot bevvy. You gotta let that piping hot drink cool a little then all the flavor comes out. Yum.The Baristas there did a wonderful job.
