The place is new and clean and pretty spacious. Receptionist's English is not good at all and I found it hard to understand what she was saying. Got the feeling that their main priority is not the service or the well being of patients especially the ones who walk-in like myself. Despite the fact that the doctor seemed confident and punctual, I would say that I got a very bad service as I was asked to terminate the visit before I get to finish discussing my illness or reach a conclusion that I am satisfied with. Reason mentioned is that doctor has other people to see.

Worst Clinic in Richmond BC. Doesn't care about patient. Worst service. When they receive fee, it takes one second. But when patient get an appointment it takes over than 2 month. Another worst-when they call, call coming 1 second, then patient call back they say you missed the call. Crazy

Dr Dodd was wonderful with my 4 year old and the clinic promptly called me first thing the next morning to reassure me that test results were normal.

Dr Dodd is good but her front staff sucks. The front staff does not treat the business like their responsibility. I had a 2:30 appointment but the front staff really didn’t care about my time and kept on letting people that were behind me go ahead, intentionally. People with 2:40, 3 o’clock got to go ahead of me despite me reminding the front staff I was a 2:30. It’s as if the front staff was playing a game and I was the next victim of that game. This would be a great medical clinic if it had a better front staff, that made and kept appointments...
