Once you purchase a condo here, there is virtually no communications. Putting Brad Taylor in charge of dealing with clients is absurd. He has no customer service skills. Brad has turned out to be a huge disappointment.

Building, concierge, amenities - all amazing. But between the 24/7 barking at the dog park and posers downshifting on Adelaide don't expect to get any sleep.Update: after multiple instances of theft from the building lockers, and no action from management, my impression of the building has deteriorated.

My experience hasn't been bad. Overall, my unit is pretty great! Touch-ups and adjustments on some defects are required but I'm sure that will come once my Tarion claim is submitted. The property management company has been really helpful.

Overrated. So many construction issues happening. Management doesn't properly schedule maintenance and so many unscheduled visits has interrupted my work and my privacy has been compromised. Don't recommend.

Have no compliments about the units very nice and the roof top terrace is beautiful. The builder is arrogant and unresponsive bad after sales service.

Worst aftercare after purchasing.Never in the know of what’s going on.No one answers your emails or phone calls.Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
