I tried to take the elevator today as I just got ankle surgery and finally can walk again but I cannot take the stairs yet. As I pressed the elevator button a blonde older employee yelled across the store you can only take that if you’re elderly or have a stroller. I immediately walked out of the store as I was uncomfortable. Will not be coming back as this was outrageous. Just because I am a young woman does not mean I am not suffering.

Wow I am shocked at rudeness of the Manager of this store. The employee makes a mistake and doesn’t take off the security tag, I go home ready to for out only to realize that the tag is one, I drive all the way back to store and the manager is like “ yep it’s off you can go now.” After I confront her about the inconvenience caused to me no remorse whatsoever no sorry nothing. I call the customer service and they “can’t do much about what happens in the stores”I used to be a regular shopper at H&M not anymore !

My Grand Children dressed to in blue jeans and tops. After Christmas . At 72 apparently l have no style . Of course they bought as well for them selves. Staff was awesome. What a great time we had. And l love all they choices. So do my friends. Thank you Barrie staff.

Went in to see it they had anything appealing to me. Never really shopped their in the past, but found a few articles that I liked & bought. The young fellow at cash signed me up for future percentage discounts. He was friendly & knowledgeable. Nice guy.
