I can not say enough good things about Moonglo. The customer service and repair work are top notch. These guys go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and equally important, they don’t recommend services or repairs that aren’t necessary. Chris, Jordan, and Stephan are very thorough and knowledgeable. They will take the time to explain repairs and ensure things are done correctly.My past experiences with mechanics have been less than stellar but my experience with Moonglo made me feel like I was dealing with a trustworthy establishment who truly value their customers. They even helped me out after hours when my sisters car suddenly died in the parking lot while picking me up after dropping my vehicle off for service. Luckily Jordan was still at the shop and he came right out in the freezing cold to figure out the issue, explain it to us so we had a better understanding of the vehicle, and got us on our way.10/10 will be returning for any future vehicle needs!

A detailed list of all work and inspections is provided with photos and recommendations for repair. Vehicle was returned with a fresh wash as well. Jordan and his team treat all customers with an unprecedented degree of care and understanding. I am very disappointed in the Customer Satisfaction with this company and will not recommend them. My 18 year old daughter drove in her car for headlight alignment (car was already mechanically fit for the road) and was billed $90.74 plus tax (came to over $100). The next day, I drove her car to work and the driver's side headlight was aiming down at the highway and worse than before. I had my daughter bring her back and the tech mentioned that the adjustment screws were stripped and that they could not help her, nor reimburse her for the cost of the headlight alignment. I called later in the day explaining the situation and spoke to the manager. I asked Chris, why did your tech even attempt to do the headlight adjustment knowing that the screws were stripped? Clearly, it was pointless without changing the headlight assembly. Chris stated the services were provided and therefore no refund". Chris did not mention anything about a vehicle inspection as this was not requested. There are many companies that honor customer satisfaction in the Sudbury area and Moonglo Auto Repair is not one of them."

Moonglo offers a pleasant, hassle-free atmosphere and great quality service! You can trust them not to upsell but rather work with you to make your vehicle safe and extend it's life. Jordan was diligent at maintaining my Jeep and quick to notice what my previous mechanic missed. It's a good feeling to be able to trust them to take excellent care of my vehicles from now on. Moonglo actually takes pride in caring for their customers and the vehicles you bring in!

I was told my vehicle needed to be flatbedded to a dealership in Toronto. I brought it to Moonglo Auto Repair and they had it fixed within the hour. This kind of professional grade service and technical skill is what I want to see! This will be my first choice for everything car related going forward. Great job guys!

When your car is being serviced, a detailed list as well as pictures is sent to you allowing you to see things that require immediate attention and notes from the mechanic.
