I’m going to start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. I went here on Friday September 23rd 2022 and was seen by one of the doctors at that location who refused to prescribe me any medication for tonsillitis. It was very clear that my throat was inflamed and red although that was the case and someone who didn’t have any special equipment could see that it was red and inflamed and yet the doctor refused to prescribe anything. The doctor actively avoided the topic until he admitted that he wouldn’t prescribe anything and wouldn’t give an actual reason. I got significantly worse and had to go see a different doctor, he questioned why the previous doctor didn’t do anything whatsoever. If you have the option to go somewhere else, take it. This place should not be open at all.

Dr. Hythum Elharathi has been my family physician for almost 5 years and I’ve followed him as he has moved clinics due to his exceptional care. He takes the time to genuinely ask how my family and I are all doing before digging in to the concern bringing me there. He has seen me through multiple pregnancies and now a chronic condition. I am confident with his recommendations and appreciate how thorough he is every time. He gets to the root of every issue and won’t prescribe unless he knows for sure. Highly recommend!!

Not accepting new patients, people need help but doctors dont want to help. Trash industry.

Dr. Elharathi Hythum is a brilliant doctor. My first appointment with him, he addressed so many medical issues I had in my past and have currently. He explained everything and provided me with so many options moving forward.

If you're looking for a pill pusher - go somewhere else. These doctors focus on a collaborative approach and demand compliance to the treatment plans.Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Hythum have been by my side throughout my recovery. Always willing to accommodate and come up with different treatment plans. They both take the time to explain effects of the medication and they include the patient in the decision making. Dr. will even follow-up with a phone call to see how things are going. At the time when I ran out of benefits, Dr. Hythum went above and beyond and set me up with the needed help. I can say that no medical clinic is perfect but this clinic and the team do their best to ensure the best results.For any families looking for a medical team to be with you in your corner, I recommend you request these doctors.

Waiting over an hour after my appointment every time while walk ins go before me. Time to find a new doctor.

Made an appointment for 5:10pm today, it is currently 5:50 and my 6 year old daughter is still waiting to be seen. A walk in of 3 kids and 3 adults came in right before us, and the doctor got promptly to them, while my daughter has been sitting here with a UTI for 40 minutes, with no one coming in the room.

Thank you for seeing both of my children last minute, when neither of them are prior patients of your clinic ❤️

Best family doctor we could ask for!! He always takes the time to investigate thoroughly as well as answer all of our questions. Love how he speaks directly to my kids and asks them the questions instead of just looking to me for answers. He makes everyone in the family feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis. I also like that he is always careful about not just writing a prescription and sending you out the door like so many other doctors I've seen that think they have all the answers without ever double checking. He won't prescribe anything until he's confirmed with tests and always requests a follow up afterwards. The whole team is fantastic and our neighborhood is lucky to have them!

My family Dr retired suddenly and with several life threatening conditions I needed a Dr. who knows his stuff, I could not ask for a more patient, caring and on the ball Doctor. Dr Hythum Elharathi got me off conflicting medications, found two auto- immune conditions and got me correct treatment for them in two visits. I am getting huge quality of life improvements now, and he is not pushing meds but solid advice and referrals to specialists who have helped me further. I wish I had found him sooner. The staff at the office are friendly and professional and the office and patient rooms are spotless. I highly recommend this clinic and Doctor.
