Rented a few times there. Always friendly and they explained the best way to use the tools. Last week picked up a tiller Friday afternoon and returned early Monday morning and only charged for one day. Amazing. Great service.

I've renting countless times at Ferrento, mostly for landscaping equipment: wet saw for pavers, compactor, jumping jack. I never had a problem using the equipment. They show you how to use it before hand, and explain how it should be returned (e.g. make sure to fill up with gas). If you get there early in the day, you typically don't have to reserve. Definitely recommend.

I wish there was a 0 star option here , I would have preferred that.So I rented a Kubota machine for contractor working at my place. They never offer any insurance for the machine when you rent it. They charge you arm and a length for repair , if something goes wrong. They even charged me 200$ extra for transportation of the machine to repair shop. They charge you for every little pin, cable or even a screw they give you. They don't tell about all these charges upfront. So watch out your bill will have charges for even a little screw they gave you and you returned it with the machine. And Mike should go take some customer service lessons. Better go to another rental place and pay few buck more because here you will end up paying way more anyways.

Nah. They don't do small business. I rented a cutting tool for 1 day. The main guy made me felt cheap. Only big one makes them happy. If you don't rent one single tool: set a minimum so we know where to go.

There counter guys are the most knowledgable out of all rental companies I have ever rented from and have more tools and are maintained then most in mtl. Highly recommend!!

Wow great company. Friendly. Service. Class. Fair pricing. Can’t say how happy I was there. Mike called me after I returned the machine to make sure everything worked out. Really can’t say enough.

Great place to rent equipment. Most of their stuff is in very good condition so you'll have few headaches in that regard.They offer different plans, but I find that the three-day plan gives you the most bang for your buck. Since they're closed on Sunday, if the last day of your rental falls on Sunday they don't count it as an extra day and won't charge you for it.

As an owner of a professional landscape company, i am very disappointed with the customer service of this business. I was in need of an excavator/loader and they rented me a Kubota. I have never had issues with any Kubota product as i have rented multiple machines and am very familiar with them. The machine they rented me was very inadequate and parts of the machine would wobble and shake, not to mention very poor functioning brakes. Machine was generally unsafe for professional use and the people at the counter refused to acknowledge the machines faults and blamed me for not knowing how to properly use the machine. a job that would normally take me 6 hours to do took me 2 days and they refused to properly compensate for their poorly functioning machine. Large companies like Lou-Tech down the street or Gamma in NDG are much friendly and care more about their customers experience than final bill amount. Will not rent from them again. I do not recommend.
