Friendly staff. Always nice and clean. Offer wide variety of products. (Get my dog treats there!) They know how to have a sale too.

The customer service at this location is very poor. The selection is limited, and they do not have correct prices listed. Many of their sale items rang through higher than listed on their signs. Employees claimed it was their VIP price yet no where was the sale price listed as a VIP exclusive. Did not offer to honor sale price. Staff here are always very loudly talking and don't offer assistance when needed. Don't make an error on their self serve either because no one will come to help unless you go to the till defeating the purpose of self serve.

Yesterday, was my 1st time ever, going into a Giant Tiger. Smaller than a Wal-Mart or a grocery store, but .. It had everything a person could want! What a great department store - with an old school" homey feel inside .. with neatly organised departments / square area's

Nice clean store and super nice staff. So happy that this store is now in the neighborhood. Great deals..barely shop at the Food Basics or Freshco across the street.

I had to select a one star to post. I had waiting over 30 years for a Giant Tiger on the westside. This store lacks so much. It's always out of advertised items. Their excuse is the people come in the morning, and buy everything @ R-U-Serious!? FIX IT! Si far still empty holes where sale stock should be. Just who is running that sad ship?!
