100% Happy! Great job. I just received my Predator cue 314-3 shaft in the mail after having a new tip installed and it’s absolutely perfect. I always have my pool cues & cue shafts serviced there. I live in Kingston so I ship my cues there and they ship it back when it’s ready. They are the best in the business in my opinion. I highly recommend Spot On Billiards.

I had an issue with a pool table cloth I had installed. It wasn't an issue of the installer but of the material. I dealt with Justin and he had it re-installed with a new pool table felt/covering. There was no hassle and he was a pleasure to deal with. You judge a company by how they stand behind their products when there's a problem. Here's my new cover.
