Power Foundation provided engineering work and helical piles for our large house addition. Great attention to detail and accuracy. Staying on task till the job was totally completed and site was clean. Paperwork and engineering was followed real well. We are fortunate to have a service like this local to the London area. Arranged to meet and review a job in our basement. Left work to meet. Waited an hour, but he never showed. Understand that things come up, but would have appreciated a call at least.Update: Received a follow up and a sincere apology for the mix up. Professional and courteous interaction. Received a proposal promptly thereafter based on photos I provided. While I haven't used their service as of yet, rating upgraded based on responsive customer service once problem was identified.

They install helical piles often to create solid footings for a large variety of projects. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for this type of work. Hired Power Foundation this year to complete foundation waterproofing on my driveway side of the house.The staff were professional and kept me informed on what was happening throughout the entire process. This company is amazing!Tim did an excellent job working with us and his engineer to create our helical piles for our foundation for our barndo build.Office staff did a great job, I never had to call twice to ask how the progress was going, they are very prompt and it’s clear they care about customer satisfaction.We were worried about the amount of sand in our soil going with all concrete and I’m very glad we decided to add the helical piles after seeing how the land is during the wet season.It took some figuring out to make it all happen but Tim took the time to make sure it was great at the end.Our build is turning out great and I would hire this company again without a doubt.

I recommend!PFS Ltd. went above and beyond! We opted for the Helicals over poured concrete footings for our sunroom and have no regrets. It's at par for pricing or less then concrete. The installation team worked safely and fairly quickly and completed installation of 6 piles in a few hours. A special gratitude to Jessica for her professional, responsive level of customer care.
