Absolutely amazing! I had a Signature Facial treatment and it was out of this world. It's been many years since I had one done by Neetu. I remembered that she is good, but I forgot HOW good she is! Happy to reconnect and looking at other amazing treatments she is offering!

I have been coming to Jiva Spa for almost 6 months now. This would be the first Spa in Toronto that I have returned to more than one time for a facial. This is thanks to both the service provided while at Jiva Spa and the results I see after receiving one of their facials.Thanks to Riham for being extremely knowledgeable on skincare and knowing what my skin needs every time. Riham is very professional and makes you feel especially comfortable throughout your facial. I truly trust her with my skin and know that she will always have me leaving the spa feeling more confident about my skin than when I arrived.

As a male, I was very nervous/skeptical about this experience (it was a gift). I did not know what to expect and my opinion was that some things spas so are unnecessarily painful (like waxing). In the end it turned out to be smooth & seamless and I feel very rejuvenated from my face treatment here. It was nice & easy.They really do know quality of service!!It's modern, it's clean, it's comfortable! Cam understands time.

I cleared my acnes after 3 chemical peel sessions with Riham and a staff I didn't have a chance to ask her name that I met in the last session. Their service was amazing, either in customer service or facials. I had been struggling with hormonal acnes for years and I thought nothing could bring back a smooth skin to me. They did a great job in massaging while leaving the chemicals on or sharing their experience about skincare routine and cosmetic products, diet. Their skincare products are really good even though they are little pricey to me haha but I highly recommend it.

It is a nice and clean environment. The staff was friendly and did a great job on my microblading. I am satisfied with the end result which looks good and natural. Kam also made a great effort to accommodate my travel schedule. My overall experience was great. I would go back for their other services.

The beautician was so kind, patent, friendly and lovely. Although the procedure wasn't my best experience so far. Even though I've chosen the cheapest treatment because I didn't have enough money for a expensive one, the tools she used were so outdated that I could do it better at home. The next day I have a lot of blackheads still and my face was way worse than similar treatments I've done in the past.

I have always been looking for a place that does spa treatments and could work specifically with the skin of women of colour and I am so happy I came across Jiva Spa. I have been back three times and because of the great service and friendly atmosphere I will be back many more times. My esthetician Riham is amazing. Very knowledgeable and great at her work and making on comfortable and the owners Kam and his family are wonderful as well. The spa is beautiful, very clean and smells wonderful. Will always recommend

I have been coming to this place since I was very young. My mom was the one that introduced me to Neetu. Since then I have never went back to anyone else. The only person I trust with my skin and eyebrows. She is very talented and very educated. Including Kam, he does a lot for the business as well. Everything and everyone is amazing at this Spa. I would put 10 stars if I could.

A positive experience from start to finish. Prior to my visit, I received quick, professional responses to multiple queries (thank you for your patience, Kam!) At my consult, Neetu was helpful, knowledgeable and unjudgmental. Special shoutout for the fact that there was none of the usual pushy hard-selling of expensive treatments or products... just a factual assessment of what was required. The treatment itself was a delightfully relaxing experience. I'll most certainly be back!
