Bianco, Jimmy and his team restored the washroom in the condo this month. Their service is superbly professional in rebuilding and painting the dry wall. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their job. No doubt, their service is highlyrecommended.

Frequent power outages, courtesy of Alectra Utility's substandard infrastructure, make living here tough. Often they are in excess of three hours, while surrounding blocks are left unaffected. Very surreal situation for the GTA.

The best place I have ever lived, i grew with everyone here,everyone cares and understands if there is an issue they will be there for you and try to help you, especially the residents !!! Management is improving and security a very professional.Everyone is like a family here, love my home!!

Horrible place to live in. Security is always asleep at the gate. On top of that management does nothing about theft of Amazon packages or packages delivered to the mail room. Furthermore they charge you a fee for the utilities they keep close all year with no updates on when will it open. I don’t think I’ve lived in a worse condo complex than this one. Also I had the cops called on me while I was tanning in a swimming suit on the grass by my building. Management is almost always unreachable. And they constantly disconnect the water with no warning. Worst place on earth. Can’t wait to move out.

Horrible management, I’m a resident for over 5 years and every time I need something to be done with the management I feel like I’m begging them. Please consider this before buying property here and check condominium rules and regulations.

Friend had a condo here. I just love the location / layout etc.Once i sell my house, im lookin here 1st. Do a small reno to my style & buy a second or third parking space (i have toys) & Im never moving.

Save yourself some time and effort and go elsewhere. The management doesn't care for the people's problems and complaints. They close down the garage at random times every year and you are expected to change your parking spot and/or park outside. Most recently the workers damaged people's cars and the management didn't do anything about it. The police and fire department are there at least once a month with false alarms, real alarms, gun shots etc. The pool and gym area have failed their health and safety.
