I had a booking for a consultation for Mandy and she texted me an hour before my appointment saying she had to tend to a family matter. I was coming straight from work and had to drive 40 minutes so I couldn’t check my phone. I completely understand that sometimes stuff happens which must be attended to but honestly, an simple apology would have been nice. However, she asked me for my availability to reschedule and I texted it to her 2 days ago and haven’t had a response since. I’ve seen the hairs she’s done and it looks amazing, truly a wonderful job done, I just wish I could say the same about the customer service.

Mandy is so good at what she does! I came in for a haircut with my hair looking so dull and rough. The results were amazing! She made my hair look so good and healthy. I received so many compliments. I absolutely loved the way my hair looked. Her energy is everything, she truly makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you're looking for any hair services/hairstylist, this is where you should go! I had the best experience!!

I recently got my hair done from Mandy and she is an amazing hair artist. I have really fine & thin air and was really worried about doing more damage, but Mandy was informative and did a baby balayage for me. I love how my hair turned out. Thank you Mandy!! I will be coming back to her regularly.

I went in for a hair cut and hair colouring from Mandy. She is very informative and took time to share the dos and don'ts for my hair condition. She gave me such great advice on how to take care of my over bleached, dry, brittle hair and restore my damaged hair back to being healthy. I highly recommend her!

Sai was my stylist, loved her! I was nervous but she asked the right questions and was honest, which I really appreciated. I met Mandy, the owner, and she is the sweetest, very nice place with great vibes. I left feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. Two weeks later and my hair is exactly as it was when I left the salon, the colour and cut is perfect - thank you Sai!!!

Mandy is so amazing at what she does. I previously had my hair coloured by another artist back in 2022 and it was so rough and unhealthy, this was my first time coming to her and she brought my hair back to life. She gave me an amazing haircut that my previous hair cut stylist had messed up. Im so happy to have come across her socials, i’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my hair needs
